Whoever heeds discipline shows the way to life, but whoever ignores correction leads others astray.

Anyone who pays attention to correction shows the path to life. But anyone who refuses to be corrected leads others down the wrong path.

Whoever heeds instruction is on the path to life, but he who rejects reproof leads others astray.

People who accept discipline are on the pathway to life, but those who ignore correction will go astray.

The one who follows instruction is on the path to life, but the one who rejects correction goes astray.

One who is on the path of life follows instruction, But one who ignores a rebuke goes astray.

He who keeps instruction is in the way of life, But he who refuses correction goes astray.

He is in the way of life that heedeth correction; But he that forsaketh reproof erreth.

For this command is a lamp, this teaching is a light, and correction and instruction are the way to life, (niv)

Whoever remains stiff- necked after many rebukes will suddenly be destroyed— without remedy. (niv)

since you disregard all my advice and do not accept my rebuke,I in turn will laugh when disaster strikes you; I will mock when calamity overtakes you— (niv)

My son, do not forget my teaching, but keep my commands in your heart,for they will prolong your life many years and bring you peace and prosperity. (niv)

We must pay the most careful attention, therefore, to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away. (niv)

Pay attention and turn your ear to the sayings of the wise; apply your heart to what I teach,for it is pleasing when you keep them in your heart and have all of them ready on your lips.So that your trust may be in the Lord, I teach you today, even you. (niv)
