The wise store up knowledge, but the mouth of a fool invites ruin.

Wise people store up knowledge. But the mouths of foolish people destroy them.

The wise lay up knowledge, but the mouth of a fool brings ruin near.

Wise people treasure knowledge, but the babbling of a fool invites disaster.

The wise store up knowledge, but the mouth of the fool hastens destruction.

“ The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure, hidden in a field, that a person found and hid. Then because of joy he went and sold all that he had and bought that field.

For God, who said“ Let light shine out of darkness,” is the one who shined in our hearts to give us the light of the glorious knowledge of God in the face of Christ.But we have this treasure in clay jars, so that the extraordinary power belongs to God and does not come from us.

The one who guards his mouth and his tongue keeps his life from troubles.

One who has isolated himself seeks his own desires; he rejects all sound judgment.

The one who acquires wisdom loves himself; the one who preserves understanding will prosper.

( Let the wise also hear and gain instruction, and let the discerning acquire guidance!)

Then he said to them,“ Therefore every expert in the law who has been trained for the kingdom of heaven is like the owner of a house who brings out of his treasure what is new and old.”

The discerning person acquires knowledge, and the wise person seeks knowledge.

The good person brings good things out of his good treasury, and the evil person brings evil things out of his evil treasury.
