那时，恐惧如风暴袭击你们，灾难如旋风临到你们，忧愁和苦难吞没你们。

惊恐临到你们好像风暴，灾难如同飓风来临，患难困苦临到你们身上。

那时，恐惧像风暴那样临到，灾难像旋风那样来临，患难和困苦临到你们身上。

那時，恐懼像風暴那樣臨到，災難像旋風那樣來臨，患難和困苦臨到你們身上。

爾之恐惶、如狂風之來、爾之患難、如颶風之至、罹憂傷、遇窘苦、

爾所懼之災害、迫切之患難、突如其來、如颶風之倏至。

可懼之事、臨若狂風、災害至如暴風、爾遭患難、受窘迫、

耶和华不轻易发怒，大有能力，但耶和华万不以有罪的为无罪。他的道路在旋风和暴风之中，云彩为他脚下的尘土。

他要把患难、困苦加给一切作恶的人，先是犹太人，后是希腊人；

忽然来的惊恐，你不要害怕；恶人遭毁灭，也不要恐惧，因为耶和华是你的倚靠，他必保护你的脚不陷入罗网。

你们用荆棘烧火，锅还未热，上帝就用旋风把未烧着的和已烧着的一齐刮去。

愿他们的筵席在他们面前变为罗网，在他们平安的时候变为圈套。愿他们的眼睛昏花，看不见；求你使他们的腰常常战抖。求你将你的恼恨倒在他们身上，使你的烈怒追上他们。愿他们的住处变为废墟，他们的帐棚无人居住。因为你所击打的，他们就迫害；你所击伤的，他们述说他的愁苦。求你使他们罪上加罪，不容他们在你面前称义。愿他们从生命册上被涂去，不得名列在义人之中。

地上的君王、臣宰、将军、富户、壮士，和一切为奴的、自主的，都藏在山洞和岩石穴里，向山和岩石说：“倒在我们身上吧！把我们藏起来，躲避坐宝座者的脸面和羔羊的愤怒；因为他们遭愤怒的大日子到了，谁能站得住呢？”

列邦喧闹，如同大水滔滔；但上帝一斥责，他们就远远躲避，他们被追赶，如同山上风前的糠秕，又如暴风前的碎秸；

人正说平安稳定的时候，灾祸忽然临到他们，如同阵痛临到怀胎的妇人一样，他们绝逃脱不了。

恶人所怕的，必临到他；义人的心愿，必蒙应允。暴风一过，恶人归于无有；义人却有永久的根基。

在那些日子，怀孕的和奶孩子的就苦了。因为将有大灾难降在这地方，也有愤怒临到这百姓。他们要倒在刀下，又被掳到各国去。耶路撒冷要被外邦人践踏，直到外邦人的日子满了。”“日月星辰要显出预兆，地上的邦国也有困苦，因海中波浪的响声而惶惶不安。人想到那要临到世界的事，就都吓得魂不附体，因为天上的万象都要震动。

“你们要谨慎，免得被贪食、醉酒和今生的忧虑压住你们的心，那日子就忽然临到你们，如同罗网一样，因为那日子要临到所有居住在地面上的人。
