我理當這樣思念你們大家，因為你們常把我放在心上；無論我是在捆鎖當中，還是在為福音辯護或做見證的時候，你們都是在恩典上與我一同有份。

It is right for me to feel this way about all of you, since I have you in my heart and, whether I am in chains or defending and confirming the gospel, all of you share in God’s grace with me.

It is right for me to feel this way about all of you. I love you with all my heart. I may be held by chains, or I may be standing up for the truth of the good news. Either way, all of you share in God’s grace together with me.

It is right for me to feel this way about you all, because I hold you in my heart, for you are all partakers with me of grace, both in my imprisonment and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel.

So it is right that I should feel as I do about all of you, for you have a special place in my heart. You share with me the special favor of God, both in my imprisonment and in defending and confirming the truth of the Good News.

Indeed, it is right for me to think this way about all of you, because I have you in my heart, and you are all partners with me in grace, both in my imprisonment and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel.

因此，我保羅為你們外邦人做了基督耶穌的囚犯。

我保羅親筆問候：請你們記住我所受的捆鎖。願恩典與你們同在！

只知道在各城裡聖靈向我鄭重地做見證說，有捆鎖和患難等著我。

為此，我成了帶鎖鏈的特使。請為我祈求，使我能照著應該說的，放膽傳道。

後者是出於愛，知道我是為辯護福音而受委派的；前者傳講基督是出於爭競，不是出於真誠，想要在我的捆鎖中，增加我的患難。

不過你們分擔了我的患難，做得很好。

我為這福音受苦，甚至像罪犯一樣被捆綁；然而神的話語是不受捆綁的。

所以，我這同做長老的、做基督苦難見證人的、也在那將要顯現的榮耀中有份的，我懇求你們中間的長老們：

你們就是我們的推薦信，寫在我們的心裡，被人人所知道、所誦讀；

各位蒙愛的人哪，我們即使這樣說，還是深信那關於你們的更好之事，並且是有關救恩的，因為神不是不公正的，以致忘記你們的工作和你們為他的名所顯出的愛，就是你們先前和如今服事聖徒時所顯出的愛。

故此，蒙了屬天召喚的同伴們，聖潔的弟兄們！你們應該思想我們信仰告白中的使者和大祭司——耶穌。

我認為，只要我還在這帳篷裡，就理當用提醒的話來激發你們，

所以你不要以有關我們主的見證為恥，也不要以我——這主的囚犯為恥，而要藉著神的大能，為福音與我同受苦難。

凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐。

因為在基督耶穌裡，受割禮或不受割禮都沒有用處，只有藉著愛行出來的信仰才有用處。

我們為你們大家常常感謝神，在禱告中提到你們；在神我們的父面前，不住地記念你們在我們主耶穌基督裡的信仰的行為、愛心的勞苦，以及對盼望的忍耐。蒙神所愛的弟兄們，我們知道你們是蒙揀選的，因為我們的福音傳到你們那裡，不僅是藉著話語，也是藉著能力、聖靈和充分的確信。你們知道，為了你們的緣故，我們在你們中間是怎樣為人的。

因為你們都是光明的兒女，白晝的兒女。我們不屬於黑夜，也不屬於黑暗。

並且我做這一切，都是為了福音的緣故，好使我能成為在福音上一同有份的人。

相反，你們既然在基督的苦難上有份，就應該照此歡喜，好使你們在他榮耀顯現的時候，也可以歡喜、快樂。

於是千夫長上前抓住保羅，下令用兩條鐵鏈把他捆起來，然後查問他到底是什麼人，做了什麼事。

同時也要為我們禱告：願神給我們開福音的門，使我們能傳講基督的奧祕——我也是為此被捆鎖的，

打了很多棍以後，把他們投進監獄，吩咐獄卒好好地看守。獄卒領了這樣的吩咐，就把他們投進了監獄裡的最裡層，把他們的兩腳銬在木枷上。約在半夜，保羅和賽拉斯禱告、唱詩讚美神，其他的囚犯們都側耳聽著。

所以，我這個在主裡的囚犯勸你們：行事為人要配得上你們所蒙的召喚，

有時候當眾受責罵、受患難；有時候陪伴那些受到同樣遭遇的人。的確，你們不但同情了那些被囚禁的人，而且當自己所擁有的被奪去時，你們也甘心接受了，因為知道你們在天上有更好的、長存的產業。
