信主之兄弟多人、因我之縲絏增加其信、益毅然傳道而無懼、

而多數宗主之兄弟、因予之被囚、舉相率鼓其勇氣、再接再厲、以大無畏之精神、弘宣天主之道。

And because of my chains, most of the brothers and sisters have become confident in the Lord and dare all the more to proclaim the gospel without fear.

And because I am a prisoner, most of the believers have become bolder in the Lord. They now dare even more to preach the good news without fear.

And most of the brothers, having become confident in the Lord by my imprisonment, are much more bold to speak the word without fear.

And because of my imprisonment, most of the believers here have gained confidence and boldly speak God’s message without fear.

Most of the brothers have gained confidence in the Lord from my imprisonment and dare even more to speak the word fearlessly.

and that most of the brothers and sisters, trusting in the Lord because of my imprisonment, have far more courage to speak the word of God without fear.

and that most of the brethren in the Lord, being confident through my bonds, are more abundantly bold to speak the word of God without fear.

Most of the brothers in the Lord have gained confidence from my imprisonment and dare even more to speak the message fearlessly.

And many of the brethren in the Lord, waxing confident by my bonds, are much more bold to speak the word without fear.

and most of the brothers and sisters, having confidence in the Lord because of my imprisonment, now more than ever dare to speak the word fearlessly.

and that most of the brothers in the Lord, being confident through my bonds, are more abundantly bold to speak the word of God without fear.

and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel,for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

But even after we had suffered before and were spitefully treated at Philippi, as you know, we were bold in our God to speak to you the gospel of God in much conflict.

that I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.

And being let go, they went to their own companions and reported all that the chief priests and elders had said to them.So when they heard that, they raised their voice to God with one accord and said:“ Lord, You are God, who made heaven and earth and the sea, and all that is in them,who by the mouth of Your servant David have said:‘ Why did the nations rage, And the people plot vain things?The kings of the earth took their stand, And the rulers were gathered together against the Lord and against His Christ.’“ For truly against Your holy Servant Jesus, whom You anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles and the people of Israel, were gathered togetherto do whatever Your hand and Your purpose determined before to be done.Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your word,by stretching out Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your holy Servant Jesus.”And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.

But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear Him who, after He has killed, has power to cast into hell; yes, I say to you, fear Him!“ Are not five sparrows sold for two copper coins? And not one of them is forgotten before God.But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort,who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also abounds through Christ.Now if we are afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effective for enduring the same sufferings which we also suffer. Or if we are comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.And our hope for you is steadfast, because we know that as you are partakers of the sufferings, so also you will partake of the consolation.

To grant us that we, Being delivered from the hand of our enemies, Might serve Him without fear,

Therefore I ask that you do not lose heart at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.

Therefore, my beloved and longed-for brethren, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, beloved.

just as it is right for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart, inasmuch as both in my chains and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel, you all are partakers with me of grace.
