你的親愛者都忘記了你，都不來探望你；因為我曾用仇敵加的擊傷擊傷了你，用殘忍者的懲罰懲罰了你，都因你罪孽之眾多、你罪惡之重大、的緣故。

我聽見了許多人的讒誹；四圍盡是恐怖！『告發他！我們要告發他！』我的一切盟友，那些等着瞧我顛沛的說：『或者他被誘騙，我們就能勝過他，而在他身上得報復。』

其枝條枯乾，必被折斷；婦女必來，拿去生火。因為這人民是無知的人民；所以造他們的、不憐憫他們，形成他們的、不恩待他們。

你呢、被毁壞的啊，幹麼穿上朱紅服裝，佩戴黃金裝飾，用顏料修飾眼睛，徒然自顯美麗呢？那些戀愛你的藐視你，尋索你的性命呢。

你所看見的十個角就是十個王；他們還沒有得國，但必跟獸同得權柄、做王一個時辰。他們都有同一樣的心意、將自己的能力和權柄給予獸。他們必對羔羊爭戰，羔羊必勝過他們，因為羔羊是萬主之主、萬王之王；那些同羔羊在一起、蒙召被揀選而忠信的、也必得勝。』天使對我說：『你所看見的、淫婦所坐的眾水、就是許多民族、許多羣眾、許多邦國、許多種語言的人。你所看見的十個角和那獸必恨這淫婦、使她荒涼赤身，必喫她的肉，用火燒掉了她。因為上帝將念頭放在他們心中，叫他們行他的心意，行一樣的心意，將自己的國給予獸，直到上帝一切的話語都得應驗。

原來不是仇敵在辱罵我；若是，我還可以容忍；也不是恨我的人向我妄自尊大；若是，我還可以躲避他。乃竟是你、與我平等的、我的良友、我的知己。

生產的疼痛必臨到他身上，但他是個毫無智慧之子；到了產期他還是遲延於子宮口。

瑣安的首領極其愚昧，法老大有智慧的謀士所設的乃是畜類無知的計謀。你們怎敢對法老說：『我是智慧人的兒子，我是古時君王的子孫』呢？那麼你的智慧人在哪裏呢？萬軍之永恆主對責罰埃及所定的旨意、他們儘可以告訴你，儘可以播知出來呀。瑣安的首領很愚昧，挪弗的首領受欺哄；埃及族派的中堅人物使埃及人走迷了路。永恆主使歪曲的靈攙入於其中，以致他們使埃及一切所作的全都迷迷糊糊，好像醉酒的人嘔吐時迷迷糊糊一樣。

『我招呼了我的親愛者，他們卻哄騙我；我的祭司和長老正為自己尋求着糧食，以救回性命，就在城中氣絕了。

『故此、阿荷利巴啊，主永恆主這麼說：「看吧，我必激動你所愛的人來攻擊你，就是你的心跟他們疏隔的那些人，我必使這些人來、從四圍來攻擊你：來的是：巴比倫人、迦勒底眾人、比割人、書亞人、哥亞人，同着他們的還有亞述眾人，都是可愛的青年人，做總督做省長的，軍官和戰士，都騎着馬。他們必帶着兵器，有車輛輥輥旋轉的戰車，和一團隊族眾、來攻擊你；他們要拿着大牌小盾，穿着鎧甲擺上陣，在你四圍來攻擊你：我要將判罰的事交給他們；他們必按他們自己的判例來判罰你。我必在你身上發洩我的妒憤，使他們以烈怒來辦你。他們必去掉你的鼻子和耳朵；你餘留下的人必倒斃於刀下；他們必將你的兒女擄去；你所餘留下的必給火燒燬掉。

看吧，猶大王宮裏所有剩下的婦女都必被帶出到巴比倫王的首領那裏；這些婦女必說：「你知己的人教唆了你，勝過了你，他們使你的腳沉陷於泥濘中，自己反而退後。」
