Though you soar like the eagle and make your nest among the stars, from there I will bring you down,” declares the Lord.

巴比倫雖升到天上，雖使她堅固的高處更堅固，還有行毀滅的從我這裏到她那裏。這是耶和華說的。

他們雖然挖透陰間，我的手必取出他們來；雖然爬上天去，我必拿下他們來；

大鷹上騰在高處搭窩，豈是聽你的吩咐嗎？牠住在山巖，以山峯和堅固之所為家，

住在山穴中據守山頂的啊，論到你的威嚇，你因心中的狂傲自欺；你雖如大鷹高高搭窩，我卻從那裏拉下你來。這是耶和華說的。
