教訓他們遵守我所吩咐你們的一切事；看吧，一切日子、我都和你們同在，直到今世的完結。』

摩西、亞倫和以色列人全會眾便向利未人這樣行：凡永恆主指着利未人怎樣吩咐摩西，以色列人就怎樣向他們行。

永恆主在埃及地對摩西、亞倫說：『這一個月要做你們的正月，做你們一年中的頭一個月。你們要告訴以色列全會眾說：本月十日、他們要取小羊，各按父系的家屬，一家一隻。若是一家太小、喫不了一隻小羊，就要和附近他家的鄰居按着人數去取：你們取小羊，要按着每人所能喫的分量計算。你們的小羊要完全沒有殘疾、一歲以內公的：從綿羊裏或山羊裏取都可以。要留到本月十四日；傍晚時分，以色列會眾全體大眾要把羊羔宰了。他們要取點血，塗在喫羊羔的房屋，兩邊的門柱上和門楣上。就在這一夜裏、要喫那肉，用火烤了，和無酵餅拌着苦菜喫。不可喫生的；斷不可用水煮；總要連頭和腿帶臟腑、用火烤了喫。一點也不可留到早晨；若有一點留到早晨，就要用火燒掉。你們要這樣喫：腰間束着帶，腳上穿着鞋，手中拿着行杖，慌慌張張地喫：這是向永恆主守的逾越節。這一夜裏、我要巡行埃及地，把埃及地一切頭胎生的、無論是人是牲口、都擊殺掉；埃及一切神明我也要判罰：我永恆主。在你所住的房屋上、這血要給你們做記號；我一見這血。就把你們越過去；我擊打埃及地的時候，就不至於有疫病臨到你們身上來滅你們。

挪亞就都照永恆主所吩咐的去行了。

『所以、亞基帕王啊，我沒有悖逆天上的顯象；

你們、就是我的朋友，如果你們實行我所命令你們的。

這一切工程永恆主怎樣吩咐摩西，以色列人就怎樣作。

於是會棚的帳幕一切的工程就作完了：凡永恆主所吩咐摩西的、以色列人都作了：永恆主怎樣吩咐，他們就怎樣作。

挪亞就這樣行；凡上帝所吩咐他的、他都照樣行了。

凡永恆主所吩咐摩西的，摩西都照這些話對以色列人說。
