And whenever the cloud lifted from over the tent, after that the people of Israel set out, and in the place where the cloud settled down, there the people of Israel camped.

Whenever the cloud lifted from over the sacred tent, the people of Israel would break camp and follow it. And wherever the cloud settled, the people of Israel would set up camp.

Whenever the cloud was lifted up above the tent, the Israelites would set out; at the place where the cloud stopped, there the Israelites camped.

在他們所行的路站上、每逢雲彩從帳幕上被收上去，以色列人總往前行；雲彩若不被收上去，他們就不往前行，直等到雲彩被收上去的日子。因為在他們所行的路站上、日間總有永恆主的雲彩在帳幕上，夜間總有火在其中，在以色列全家眼前。

我要訓誨你、指教你當走的路；我要定睛於你身上而忠告你。

我就是門：人若由我而進，就必得救護，可以出，可以入，也可找着草場。

看門的給這個人開門；羊聽他的聲音，他按名字呼叫自己的羊，領他們出來。既把自己的都趕出來，就在他們前頭走；羊跟着他，因為認得他的聲音。他們總不跟着生人；乃是逃避生人，因為不認得生人的聲音。』

以色列人從永恆主的山往前行了三天的路程，永恆主約櫃在他們前面往前行了三天的路程，為他們探覓停息處。每逢他們從營盤往前行的時候，日間總有永恆主的雲彩在他們上頭。

你用你的勸言忠告來領導我，以後還要拿尊榮來接我。

永恆主說：『是我的同在要和你同去，把你安頓好了。』摩西對永恆主說：『若不是你的同在和我同去，你就不要把我們從這裏領上去呀。

第二年二月二十日、雲彩從法櫃的帳幕上頭被收了上去。以色列人就從西乃曠野按路站往前行；雲彩在巴蘭曠野停住。

他們必不饑餓，不口渴，炎熱和烈日必不傷害他們，因為憐憫他們的、必率領他們，引導他們到水泉旁。

那牧養以色列者，那領約瑟如羊羣的啊，側耳聽哦！坐在兩個基路伯上的啊，求你射發光輝在以法蓮便雅憫瑪拿西前面，奮發你的大能，來拯救我們哦。
