And thus shalt thou do unto them, to cleanse them: Sprinkle water of purifying upon them, and let them shave all their flesh, and let them wash their clothes, and[ so] make themselves clean.

To purify them, do this: Sprinkle the water of cleansing on them; then have them shave their whole bodies and wash their clothes. And so they will purify themselves.

Here is how to make them pure. Sprinkle the special water on them. Then have them shave their whole bodies. Also have them wash their clothes. That is how they will make themselves pure.

Thus you shall do to them to cleanse them: sprinkle the water of purification upon them, and let them go with a razor over all their body, and wash their clothes and cleanse themselves.

Do this by sprinkling them with the water of purification, and have them shave their entire body and wash their clothing. Then they will be ceremonially clean.

And Moses brought Aaron and his sons, and washed them with water.

Whosoever toucheth the dead body of any man that is dead, and purifieth not himself, defileth the tabernacle of the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from Israel: because the water of separation was not sprinkled upon him, he shall be unclean; his uncleanness[ is] yet upon him.

And he that sitteth on[ any] thing whereon he sat that hath the issue shall wash his clothes, and bathe[ himself] in water, and be unclean until the even.

And whosoever toucheth those things shall be unclean, and shall wash his clothes, and bathe[ himself] in water, and be unclean until the even.

And purify all[ your] raiment, and all that is made of skins, and all work of goats’[ hair], and all things made of wood.

Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.

Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.

Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse[ your] hands,[ ye] sinners; and purify[ your] hearts,[ ye] double minded.

And he that burneth them shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward he shall come into the camp.

Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.

And whosoever toucheth any thing that was under him shall be unclean until the even: and he that beareth[ any of] those things shall wash his clothes, and bathe[ himself] in water, and be unclean until the even.And whomsoever he toucheth that hath the issue, and hath not rinsed his hands in water, he shall wash his clothes, and bathe[ himself] in water, and be unclean until the even.

O Jerusalem, wash thine heart from wickedness, that thou mayest be saved. How long shall thy vain thoughts lodge within thee?

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.[ Thou] blind Pharisee, cleanse first that[ which is] within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.

And for an unclean[ person] they shall take of the ashes of the burnt heifer of purification for sin, and running water shall be put thereto in a vessel:And a clean person shall take hyssop, and dip[ it] in the water, and sprinkle[ it] upon the tent, and upon all the vessels, and upon the persons that were there, and upon him that touched a bone, or one slain, or one dead, or a grave:And the clean[ person] shall sprinkle upon the unclean on the third day, and on the seventh day: and on the seventh day he shall purify himself, and wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and shall be clean at even.

So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for[ that] which had not been told them shall they see; and[ that] which they had not heard shall they consider.

For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh:

Then Jacob said unto his household, and to all that[ were] with him, Put away the strange gods that[ are] among you, and be clean, and change your garments:

The like figure whereunto[ even] baptism doth also now save us( not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:
