在耶和华面前点灯，是照耶和华所吩咐他的。

论到你所看见、在我右手中的七星和七个金灯台的奥秘，那七星就是七个教会的使者，七灯台就是七个教会。”“你要写信给以弗所教会的使者说，那右手拿着七星，在七个金灯台中间行走的，说：

耶和华晓谕摩西说：“要吩咐以色列人，把那为点灯捣成的清橄榄油拿来给你，使灯常常点着。

有闪电、声音、雷轰从宝座中发出；又有七盏火灯在宝座前点着；这七灯就是神的七灵。

灯台两旁杈出六个枝子：这旁三个，那旁三个。这旁每枝上有三个杯，形状像杏花，有球有花；那旁每枝上也有三个杯，形状像杏花，有球有花。从灯台杈出来的六个枝子都是如此。

他要在耶和华面前常收拾精金灯台上的灯。”

我转过身来，要看是谁发声与我说话；既转过来，就看见七个金灯台。

你们是世上的光。城造在山上是不能隐藏的。

你的言语一解开就发出亮光，使愚人通达。

你的话是我脚前的灯，是我路上的光。

我们并有先知更确的预言，如同灯照在暗处。你们在这预言上留意，直等到天发亮，晨星在你们心里出现的时候，才是好的。
