以色列人所有的长子和头生的牲畜都属于我。我击杀埃及人所有的长子和头生的牲畜那天，已把以色列人所有的长子和头生的牲畜都分别出来，使之圣洁，归给我。

以色列人中一切头生的，连人带牲畜，都是我的。我在埃及地击杀一切头生的那天，将他们分别为圣归我。

Every firstborn male in Israel, whether human or animal, is mine. When I struck down all the firstborn in Egypt, I set them apart for myself.

Every male born first in Israel belongs to me. That is true whether it is a human or an animal. In Egypt I struck down all the males born first to their mothers. Then I set apart for myself all the males born first in Israel.

For all the firstborn among the people of Israel are mine, both of man and of beast. On the day that I struck down all the firstborn in the land of Egypt I consecrated them for myself,

For all the firstborn males among the people of Israel are mine, both of people and of animals. I set them apart for myself on the day I struck down all the firstborn sons of the Egyptians.

“以色列人中的长子和头生的牲畜都属于我，因此要把他们分别出来，使他们圣洁，归给我。”

因为主的律法规定：必须把长子分别出来献给主。

你们要把所有长子和头生的公畜归给祂。所有头生的公驴必须用羊羔赎回，不然就要打断它的脖子。要赎回你们所有的长子。将来你们的子孙问起这件事的意义，你们就回答，‘耶和华曾经用大能的手把我们从受奴役之地——埃及领出来。当时法老硬着心不肯放我们走，所以耶和华就把埃及人的长子和头生的牲畜全都杀了。因此，我们把所有头生的公畜当作祭牲献给耶和华，只把长子赎回来。’

那么我是父分别出来又差到世上来的，我说自己是上帝的儿子，难道是亵渎吗？

我又让他们遵守我的安息日，作为我与他们之间的记号，好叫他们知道是我耶和华使他们成为圣洁之民。

祂击杀了埃及人的长子和头胎的牲畜。

他凭信心守逾越节，行洒血的礼，免得那位杀长子的伤害以色列人。

到了半夜，耶和华把所有埃及人的长子都杀了，包括坐王位的法老的长子、牢中囚犯的长子和一切头生的牲畜。

“我要使会幕和祭坛圣洁，也要使亚伦父子们圣洁，做祭司事奉我。

“洁净牲畜的头胎，无论是牛是羊，已经属于耶和华，任何人不可再把它献给耶和华。

因为所有头生的都属于我。我杀死埃及人所有的长子和头生的牲畜那天，已把以色列人所有的长子和头生的牲畜都分别出来，使之圣洁，归给我，我是耶和华。”

祂按照自己的旨意，借着真道重生了我们，使我们在祂所造的万物之中好像初熟的果实。

为了他们，我献上自己，使他们借着真理可以圣洁。

祂又击杀他们境内所有的长子，就是他们年轻力壮时生的长子。

祂击杀了埃及人所有的长子，就是含帐篷中头生的儿子。

“如果有人把房子献给耶和华，祭司就要评定房子的好坏，祭司估价多少就是多少。那人如果想赎回房子，必须支付祭司估定的价值，再加付五分之一，房子便仍归他所有。

更何况人践踏上帝的儿子，轻看那使人圣洁的立约之血，又藐视赐人恩典的圣灵？这等人该受多么重的刑罚啊！
