離俗人要在會棚出入處剃他離俗的頭，把他離俗的頭髮放在平安祭下的火上。離俗人剃了他的離俗頭髮以後，祭司要取那煮了的公綿羊一條前腿，又從筐子裏取一個無酵哈拉餅、和一個無酵薄餅，都放在離俗人手中。
