「若獻爐中烤的素祭為供物，要用調了油的無酵細麵餅，或抹了油的無酵薄餅。

又用半欣酒作澆酒祭，獻給耶和華為馨香的火祭。

又當取一頭公牛、一隻公綿羊作平安祭，宰殺獻在耶和華面前，再加上調油的素祭。因為今天耶和華要向你們顯現。』」

耶和華吩咐摩西說：「你要吩咐以色列人，對他們說：你們到了我所賜給你們居住的地，你們要從牛羣羊羣中取牲畜獻給耶和華為火祭，無論是燔祭或祭物，為要還所許特別的願或甘心祭，或節期的祭，作為獻給耶和華的馨香之祭，那獻供物的要將十分之一伊法細麵和四分之一欣油調和作素祭，獻給耶和華。無論是燔祭或祭物，要為每隻小綿羊預備四分之一欣酒作澆酒祭。要為每隻公綿羊預備十分之二伊法細麵，和三分之一欣油調和作素祭，又用三分之一欣酒作澆酒祭，獻給耶和華為馨香之祭。

誰知道他也許會回心轉意，留下餘福，就是獻給耶和華－你們上帝的素祭和澆酒祭。

你們每逢吃這餅，喝這杯，是宣告主的死，直到他來。

這是從天上降下來的糧，使人吃了就不死。我就是從天上降下來生命的糧；人若吃這糧，必永遠活着。我為世人的生命所賜下的糧就是我的肉。」因此，猶太人彼此爭論說：「這個人怎能把他的肉給我們吃呢？」耶穌對他們說：「我實實在在地告訴你們，你們若不吃人子的肉，不喝人子的血，在你們裏面就沒有生命。吃我肉、喝我血的人就有永生，並且在末日我要使他復活。我的肉是真正可吃的；我的血是真正可喝的。吃我肉、喝我血的人常在我裏面，我也常在他裏面。永生的父怎樣差我來，我又怎樣因父活着，照樣，吃我肉的人也要因我活着。這是從天上降下來的糧，不像你們的祖宗吃過嗎哪還是死了；吃這糧的人將永遠活着。」這些話是耶穌在迦百農會堂裏教導人的時候說的。

「你領亞倫和他兒子前來，並將聖衣、膏油，與贖罪祭的一頭公牛、兩隻公綿羊、一筐無酵餅都一同帶來；

耶和華的殿中斷絕素祭和澆酒祭，事奉耶和華的祭司都悲哀。

惟有那收割的要吃，並讚美耶和華；那儲藏葡萄的要在我聖所院內喝。」

祭司啊，當束上麻布痛哭；事奉祭壇的啊，要哀號；事奉我上帝的啊，你們要來，披上麻布過夜，因為在你們上帝的殿中不再有素祭和澆酒祭了。

所以，你們或吃或喝，無論做甚麼，都要為榮耀上帝而做。
