今所言者、乃婦不循婦道、玷及其身、致夫懷疑、故立此法、

此乃治婦背夫行不正玷污其身、致夫懷疑之例、

“‘ This, then, is the law of jealousy when a woman goes astray and makes herself impure while married to her husband,

“‘ This is the law about being jealous. It applies to a woman who has gone astray. She has made herself“ unclean” while she is married to her husband.

令婦發誓、謂之曰、如爾未私於人、未嘗背夫而行穢事、則願爾免此致詛苦水之害、

告以色列族云、如人之妻、有違婦道、獲罪於夫、

以上所載毳衣枲衣、或經或緯、及革製之物、為癩所染、謂其為潔為不潔其例如此、

必攜其妻詣祭司、以麰麥麵伊法十分之一、奉為禮物、勿傾以油、勿加乳香、乃為疑忌而獻之素祭、俾念罪愆、

獻耶和華酬恩之祭、其例如左、

凡走獸飛鳥、水中動物、地上匍匐之物、區別潔與不潔、可食與不可食、其例若此、

夫萬軍耶和華之葡萄園、即以色列家、其所悅之樹、乃猶大人也、冀其公、反見暴虐、冀其義、反有哀號、○增其第宅、廣其田疇、致無隙地、獨居於中、禍哉其人、

凡男患白濁及夢遺、致蒙厥污、女患行癸之疾、或患淋之男女、或與不潔之婦同寢者、其例若此、

以上所載、癩疾癬疥、或衣或宅之污染、及紅腫瘡瘢斑斕、示以潔與不潔、其例若此、
