『以上是疑忌的法規，就是關於婦人做她丈夫妻子時有邪行、而被玷污的；

此乃婦既有夫、而違婦道、玷及其身、則夫懷疑而忌其婦之法、

今所言者、乃婦不循婦道、玷及其身、致夫懷疑、故立此法、

此乃治婦背夫行不正玷污其身、致夫懷疑之例、

“‘ This, then, is the law of jealousy when a woman goes astray and makes herself impure while married to her husband,

叫她發誓。祭司要對她說，『如果你沒有出軌，沒有背著丈夫與人通姦，就不會被這苦水所害。

「你把以下條例告訴以色列人。「若有人懷疑妻子出軌，暗中與人通姦，卻沒有證據，在無法確定是自己疑心還是妻子不忠的情況下，

「羊毛衣、細麻衣、編織品或皮革製品出現黴變時，以上條例可用來鑒定這些衣物是否潔淨。」

他要帶妻子到祭司那裡，同時為妻子帶去一公斤大麥麵粉作為供物。不可在上面澆油或加乳香，因為這是因疑心而獻上的素祭，要證明他妻子是否有罪。

「以下是向耶和華獻平安祭的條例。

「以上是有關飛禽走獸、水族和地上一切爬蟲的條例，

萬軍之耶和華的葡萄園就是以色列，祂所喜愛的葡萄樹就是猶大人。祂希望看到公平，卻只看見殺戮；指望看到公義，卻只聽見冤聲。那些不斷建房置田、佔光土地、獨居其中的人有禍了！

以上是為患漏症的人，包括遺精、行經的女人、患漏症的男女、與不潔淨女人同房的男人所設立的條例。

以上是有關痲瘋病、疥癬、衣物或房子發黴、腫包、皮疹或白斑的條例。根據這些條例，可以分辨有關的人或物何時潔淨、何時不潔淨。
