The priest shall then have the woman stand before the Lord and let down the hair of the woman’s head, and place the grain offering of reminder in her hands, that is, the grain offering of jealousy; and in the hand of the priest is to be the water of bitterness that brings a curse.

祭司要叫那妇人蓬头散发，站在耶和华面前，把思念的素祭，就是疑恨的素祭，放在她手中。祭司手里拿着致咒诅的苦水，

婦既立於耶和華前、祭司必散其髮、取為疑忌而獻之素祭、俾念罪愆者、置於其手、祭司執致詛之苦水、

祭司既使婦立於我前、必露其頂、取因疑獻祭以記罪愆之物、付於其手、祭司執致詛之苦水、

既使婦立於主前、遂露其首、以因疑記罪而獻之祭物、置於婦手、祭司手執致詛之苦水、致詛之苦水或作降禍之苦水下同

After the priest has had the woman stand before the Lord, he shall loosen her hair and place in her hands the reminder- offering, the grain offering for jealousy, while he himself holds the bitter water that brings a curse.

The priest must have the woman stand in front of the Lord. Then he must untie her hair. He must place in her hands the offering that calls attention to the wrong thing a person has done. It is the grain offering for being jealous. The priest must keep the bitter water with him. It is the water that brings a curse.

And the priest shall set the woman before the Lord and unbind the hair of the woman’s head and place in her hands the grain offering of remembrance, which is the grain offering of jealousy. And in his hand the priest shall have the water of bitterness that brings the curse.

When the priest has presented the woman before the Lord, he must unbind her hair and place in her hands the offering of proof— the jealousy offering to determine whether her husband’s suspicions are justified. The priest will stand before her, holding the jar of bitter water that brings a curse to those who are guilty.

Your own wickedness will correct you, And your apostasies will punish you; Know therefore and see that it is evil and bitter For you to abandon the Lord your God, And the fear of Me is not in you,” declares the Lord God of armies.

“ As for the person who has the leprous infection, his clothes shall be torn and the hair of his head shall be uncovered, and he shall cover his mustache and call out,‘ Unclean! Unclean!’

Then Samuel said,“ Bring me Agag, the king of the Amalekites.” And Agag came to him cheerfully. And Agag said,“ Surely the bitterness of death is gone!”

the man shall then bring his wife to the priest, and shall bring as an offering for her a tenth of an ephah of barley meal; he shall not pour oil on it nor put frankincense on it, because it is a grain offering of jealousy, a grain offering of reminder, a reminder of wrongdoing.

‘ I know your deeds, and your love and faith, and service and perseverance, and that your deeds of late are greater than at first.But I have this against you, that you tolerate the woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, and she teaches and leads My bond servants astray so that they commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols.I gave her time to repent, and she does not want to repent of her sexual immorality.Behold, I will throw her on a bed of sickness, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of her deeds.And I will kill her children with plague, and all the churches will know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts; and I will give to each one of you according to your deeds.

And I discovered as more bitter than death the woman whose heart is snares and nets, whose hands are chains. One who is pleasing to God will escape from her, but the sinner will be captured by her.

so that there will not be among you a man or woman, or family or tribe, whose heart turns away today from the Lord our God, to go to serve the gods of those nations; that there will not be among you a root bearing poisonous fruit and wormwood.

Then he shall make the woman drink the water of bitterness that brings a curse, so that the water which brings a curse will go into her and cause bitterness.And the priest shall take the grain offering of jealousy from the woman’s hand, and he shall wave the grain offering before the Lord and bring it to the altar;and the priest shall take a handful of the grain offering as its reminder offering and offer it up in smoke on the altar, and afterward he shall make the woman drink the water.

But in the end she is bitter as wormwood, Sharp as a two edged sword.

And I went to the angel, telling him to give me the little scroll. And he* said to me,“ Take it and eat it; it will make your stomach bitter, but in your mouth it will be sweet as honey.”I took the little scroll from the angel’s hand and ate it, and in my mouth it was sweet as honey; and when I had eaten it, my stomach was made bitter.

For if a woman does not cover her head, have her also cut her hair off; however, if it is disgraceful for a woman to have her hair cut off or her head shaved, have her cover her head.

Behold, for my own welfare I had great bitterness; But You have kept my soul from the pit of nothingness, For You have hurled all my sins behind Your back.

Marriage is to be held in honor among all, and the marriage bed is to be undefiled; for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers.

For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two edged sword, even penetrating as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him to whom we must answer.

and this water that brings a curse shall go into your stomach, to make your belly swell up and your thigh shrivel.” And the woman shall say,“ Amen, Amen.”

and the priest shall take holy water in an earthenware container; and he shall take some of the dust that is on the floor of the tabernacle and put it in the water.

but if a woman has long hair, it is a glory to her? For her hair is given to her as a covering.
