Then they are to cover the curtain with a durable leather, spread a cloth of solid blue over that and put the poles in place.

Then they must cover that with strong leather. They must spread a solid blue cloth over the leather. And they must put the poles in place.

For the cherubim spread their wings out over the place of the ark, and the cherubim covered the ark and its poles above.The poles were so long that the ends of the poles were seen from the holy place before the inner sanctuary; but they were not seen outside. They are there to this day.

Of the blue, purple, and scarlet, they made finely worked garments for ministering in the holy place, and made the holy garments for Aaron, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
