And when the camp setteth forward, Aaron shall come, and his sons, and they shall take down the covering vail, and cover the ark of testimony with it:

When the camp is to move, Aaron and his sons are to go in and take down the shielding curtain and put it over the ark of the covenant law.

When the camp is ready to move, Aaron and his sons must go into the tent. They must take down the curtain that hides the ark where the tablets of the covenant law are kept. They must cover the ark with the curtain.

When the camp is to set out, Aaron and his sons shall go in and take down the veil of the screen and cover the ark of the testimony with it.

When the camp moves, Aaron and his sons must enter the Tabernacle first to take down the inner curtain and cover the Ark of the Covenant with it.

Whenever the camp is about to move on, Aaron and his sons are to go in, take down the screening curtain, and cover the ark of the testimony with it.

“ When the camp sets out, Aaron and his sons shall go in and take down the veil of the curtain, and cover the ark of the testimony with it;

When the camp prepares to journey, Aaron and his sons shall come, and they shall take down the covering veil and cover the ark of the Testimony with it.

Whenever the camp is about to move on, Aaron and his sons are to go in, take down the screening veil, and cover the ark of the testimony with it.

When it is time for the camp to journey, Aaron and his sons must come and take down the screening curtain and cover the ark of the testimony with it.

When the camp moves forward, Aaron shall go in with his sons; and they shall take down the veil of the screen, cover the ark of the Testimony with it,

And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;

And after the second veil, the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of all;

And when Aaron and his sons have made an end of covering the sanctuary, and all the vessels of the sanctuary, as the camp is to set forward; after that, the sons of Kohath shall come to bear[ it]: but they shall not touch[ any] holy thing, lest they die. These[ things are] the burden of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation.

And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the vail that is spread over all nations.

And thou shalt make a vail[ of] blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen of cunning work: with cherubims shall it be made:And thou shalt hang it upon four pillars of shittim[ wood] overlaid with gold: their hooks[ shall be of] gold, upon the four sockets of silver.And thou shalt hang up the vail under the taches, that thou mayest bring in thither within the vail the ark of the testimony: and the vail shall divide unto you between the holy[ place] and the most holy.

In the first[ place] went the standard of the camp of the children of Judah according to their armies: and over his host[ was] Nahshon the son of Amminadab.

All that were numbered in the camp of Reuben[ were] an hundred thousand and fifty and one thousand and four hundred and fifty, throughout their armies. And they shall set forth in the second rank.Then the tabernacle of the congregation shall set forward with the camp of the Levites in the midst of the camp: as they encamp, so shall they set forward, every man in his place by their standards.

And David arose, and went with all the people that[ were] with him from Baale of Judah, to bring up from thence the ark of God, whose name is called by the name of the LORD of hosts that dwelleth[ between] the cherubims.And they set the ark of God upon a new cart, and brought it out of the house of Abinadab that[ was] in Gibeah: and Uzzah and Ahio, the sons of Abinadab, drave the new cart.And they brought it out of the house of Abinadab which[ was] at Gibeah, accompanying the ark of God: and Ahio went before the ark.And David and all the house of Israel played before the LORD on all manner of[ instruments made of] fir wood, even on harps, and on psalteries, and on timbrels, and on cornets, and on cymbals.And when they came to Nachon’s threshingfloor, Uzzah put forth[ his hand] to the ark of God, and took hold of it; for the oxen shook[ it].And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Uzzah; and God smote him there for[ his] error; and there he died by the ark of God.And David was displeased, because the LORD had made a breach upon Uzzah: and he called the name of the place Perezuzzah to this day.And David was afraid of the LORD that day, and said, How shall the ark of the LORD come to me?

And of Kohath[ was] the family of the Amramites, and the family of the Izeharites, and the family of the Hebronites, and the family of the Uzzielites: these[ are] the families of the Kohathites.In the number of all the males, from a month old and upward,[ were] eight thousand and six hundred, keeping the charge of the sanctuary.The families of the sons of Kohath shall pitch on the side of the tabernacle southward.And the chief of the house of the father of the families of the Kohathites[ shall be] Elizaphan the son of Uzziel.And their charge[ shall be] the ark, and the table, and the candlestick, and the altars, and the vessels of the sanctuary wherewith they minister, and the hanging, and all the service thereof.And Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest[ shall be] chief over the chief of the Levites,[ and have] the oversight of them that keep the charge of the sanctuary.

And they shall make an ark[ of] shittim wood: two cubits and a half[ shall be] the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, within and without shalt thou overlay it, and shalt make upon it a crown of gold round about.And thou shalt cast four rings of gold for it, and put[ them] in the four corners thereof; and two rings[ shall be] in the one side of it, and two rings in the other side of it.And thou shalt make staves[ of] shittim wood, and overlay them with gold.And thou shalt put the staves into the rings by the sides of the ark, that the ark may be borne with them.The staves shall be in the rings of the ark: they shall not be taken from it.And thou shalt put into the ark the testimony which I shall give thee.And thou shalt make a mercy seat[ of] pure gold: two cubits and a half[ shall be] the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof.And thou shalt make two cherubims[ of] gold,[ of] beaten work shalt thou make them, in the two ends of the mercy seat.And make one cherub on the one end, and the other cherub on the other end:[ even] of the mercy seat shall ye make the cherubims on the two ends thereof.And the cherubims shall stretch forth[ their] wings on high, covering the mercy seat with their wings, and their faces[ shall look] one to another; toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubims be.And thou shalt put the mercy seat above upon the ark; and in the ark thou shalt put the testimony that I shall give thee.And there I will meet with thee, and I will commune with thee from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubims which[ are] upon the ark of the testimony, of all[ things] which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel.

And he made a vail[ of] blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen:[ with] cherubims made he it of cunning work.

By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;

And Bezaleel made the ark[ of] shittim wood: two cubits and a half[ was] the length of it, and a cubit and a half the breadth of it, and a cubit and a half the height of it:And he overlaid it with pure gold within and without, and made a crown of gold to it round about.And he cast for it four rings of gold,[ to be set] by the four corners of it; even two rings upon the one side of it, and two rings upon the other side of it.And he made staves[ of] shittim wood, and overlaid them with gold.And he put the staves into the rings by the sides of the ark, to bear the ark.And he made the mercy seat[ of] pure gold: two cubits and a half[ was] the length thereof, and one cubit and a half the breadth thereof.And he made two cherubims[ of] gold, beaten out of one piece made he them, on the two ends of the mercy seat;One cherub on the end on this side, and another cherub on the[ other] end on that side: out of the mercy seat made he the cherubims on the two ends thereof.And the cherubims spread out[ their] wings on high,[ and] covered with their wings over the mercy seat, with their faces one to another;[ even] to the mercy seatward were the faces of the cherubims.

And thou shalt put therein the ark of the testimony, and cover the ark with the vail.
