All the men from thirty to fifty years of age who came to do the work of serving and carrying the tent of meeting

All the men from 30 to 50 years old were counted. They were the men who came and served at the tent of meeting. They were also supposed to carry it.

from thirty years old up to fifty years old, everyone who could come to do the service of ministry and the service of bearing burdens in the tent of meeting,

All the men between thirty and fifty years of age who were eligible for service in the Tabernacle and for its transportation

from thirty years old to fifty years old, everyone who was qualified to do the work of serving at the tent of meeting and transporting it.

恩賜雖然有所不同，但聖靈卻是同一位；服事工作雖然有所不同，但主卻是同一位；功用雖然有所不同，但在每個人裡面運作萬事的神卻是同一位。不過聖靈顯明在每個人的身上，是為了共同的益處，因為：有人藉著聖靈被賜予了智慧的話語，又有人藉著同一位聖靈被賜予了知識的話語，另有人藉著同一位聖靈被賜予了信仰，又有人藉著這獨一的聖靈被賜予了使人痊癒的恩賜，又有人被賜予了大能的功用，又有人被賜予了做先知傳道的恩賜，又有人被賜予了對不同靈的分辨力，另有人被賜予了各種殊言，又有人被賜予了翻譯殊言的恩賜。然而，這一切都是這同一位聖靈，就是獨一的聖靈所運作的；他照著自己的旨意，個別地分給每個人。要知道，正如身體雖然是一個，卻有很多部分，而身體的各部分雖然有很多，卻是一個身體；基督也是如此。實際上，我們受洗也都是藉著一位聖靈成為一個身體——無論是猶太人或外邦人，無論是奴隸或自由人——並且我們都是受了一位聖靈的澆灌。這樣，身體也不是只有一個部分，而是有很多部分。如果腳說：「因為我不是手，我就不屬於身體」，難道它因此就不屬於身體嗎？如果耳朵說：「因為我不是眼睛，我就不屬於身體」，難道它因此就不屬於身體嗎？如果整個身體是個眼睛，那麼聽覺在哪裡呢？如果整個身體是個耳朵，那麼嗅覺在哪裡呢？所以現在神照著自己的意願，把各部分一一安置在身體上了。如果全都是一個部分，那麼身體在哪裡呢？但如今，身體的各部分雖然很多，身體卻是一個。所以眼睛不能對手說：「我不需要你！」頭也不能對兩腳說：「我不需要你們！」相反，身體上那些所謂比較軟弱的部分，難道不更是必要的嗎？並且身體上那些我們認為不太受尊重的部分，我們加添給它們格外的尊重；這樣我們不俊美的部分，就有了格外的俊美。至於我們那些俊美的部分，就不需要加添什麼了；而神搭配了身體，把格外的尊重賜給那有缺乏的，免得身體中有分爭，好讓各部分彼此之間都有同樣的關顧。如果一個部分受苦，所有的部分就一同受苦；如果一個部分得榮耀，所有的部分就一同歡樂。你們就是基督的身體，而且是各個部分中的一個。在教會中，神所安排的：首先是使徒，第二是做先知傳道的，第三是教師，然後是有大能的；隨後是使人痊癒的恩賜、幫助的恩賜、管理的恩賜、各種殊言的恩賜。難道都是使徒嗎？都是做先知傳道的嗎？都是教師嗎？都是有大能的嗎？都有使人痊癒的恩賜嗎？都說殊言嗎？都翻譯殊言嗎？其實你們要渴慕那些更大的恩賜；而我還要把極其高超的道指示給你們。

照著所賜給我們的恩典，我們各有不同的恩賜：如果是做先知傳道的恩賜，就按照信心的程度用它；如果是服事的，就用在服事上；如果是教導的，就用在教導上；如果是勸勉的，就用在勸勉上；分享的，要慷慨；帶領的，要殷勤；憐憫人的，要甘心樂意。
