Count all the men from thirty to fifty years of age who come to serve in the work at the tent of meeting.

Count all the men 30 to 50 years old. Those are the men who must come and serve at the tent of meeting.

From thirty years old up to fifty years old, you shall list them, all who can come to do duty, to do service in the tent of meeting.

List all the men between the ages of thirty and fifty who are eligible to serve in the Tabernacle.

Register men from thirty years old to fifty years old, everyone who is qualified to perform service, to do work at the tent of meeting.

就是從三十歲到五十歲，凡前來任職，在會幕裏事奉的人。

因為肉體的情慾和聖靈相爭，聖靈和肉體相爭，這兩個彼此敵對，使你們不能做所願意做的。

凡屬基督耶穌的人，是已經把肉體與肉體的邪情私慾同釘在十字架上了。

我們原知道律法是屬靈的，我卻是屬肉體的，是已經賣給罪了。因為我所做的，我自己不明白。我所願意的，我並不做；我所恨惡的，我反而去做。如果我所做的是我所不願意的，我得承認律法是善的。事實上，這不是我做的，而是住在我裏面的罪做的。我也知道，住在我裏面的，就是我肉體之中，沒有善。因為立志為善由得我，只是行出來由不得我。我所願意的善，我不去做；我所不願意的惡，我反而去做。如果我去做我不願意做的，就不是我做的，而是住在我裏面的罪做的。我覺得有個律，就是我願意行善的時候，就有惡纏着我。因為，按着我裏面的人，我喜歡神的律，但我看出肢體中另有個律和我內心的律交戰，把我擄去，使我附從那肢體中罪的律。我真苦啊！誰能救我脫離這必死的身體呢？

我兒提摩太啊，我照從前指着你的預言把這命令交託你，使你能藉着這些預言打那美好的仗，

你要和我同受苦難，作基督耶穌的精兵。凡當兵的，不讓世務纏身，好使那招他當兵的人喜悅。

利未人三十歲以上的都被數點，他們男丁的數目共有三萬八千；

那美好的仗我已經打過了，當跑的路我已經跑盡了，該信的道我已經守住了。

照着大衛臨終的話，利未人二十歲以上的都被數點。

有誰當兵而自備糧餉呢？有誰栽葡萄園而不吃園裏的果子呢？有誰牧養牛羊而不喝牛羊的奶呢？

真實的言語、神的大能、藉着仁義的兵器在左在右、

最後，你們要靠着主，依賴他的大能大力作剛強的人。要穿戴神所賜的全副軍裝，好抵擋魔鬼的詭計。因為我們的爭戰並不是對抗有血有肉的人，而是對抗那些執政的、掌權的、管轄這幽暗世界的，以及天空靈界的惡魔。所以，要拿起神所賜的全副軍裝，好在邪惡的日子能抵擋仇敵，並且完成了一切後還能站立得住。所以，要站穩了，用真理當作帶子束腰，用公義當作護心鏡遮胸，又用和平的福音當作預備走路的鞋穿在腳上。此外，要拿信德當作盾牌，用來撲滅那惡者一切燒着的箭。要戴上救恩的頭盔，拿着聖靈的寶劍－就是神的道。要靠着聖靈，隨時多方禱告祈求，並要為此警醒不倦，為眾聖徒祈求。也要為我祈求，讓我有口才，能放膽開口講明福音的奧祕，

這從以東的波斯拉來，穿紅衣服，裝扮華美，能力廣大，大步向前邁進的是誰呢？就是我，憑公義說話，以大能施行拯救的。你為何以紅色裝扮？你的衣服為何像踹醡酒池的人呢？我獨自踹醡酒池，萬民中並無一人與我同在。我發怒，將他們踹下，發烈怒將他們踐踏。他們的血濺在我的衣服上，玷污了我一切的衣裳。因為報仇之日在我心中，救贖我民之年已經來到。

我們雖然在血氣中行事，卻不憑着血氣爭戰。因為我們爭戰的兵器本不是屬血氣的，而是憑着神的能力，能夠攻破堅固的營壘。我們攻破各樣的計謀，和各樣攔阻人認識神的高壘，又奪回人心來順服基督。
