毋污爾所居之地、殺人流血、即為污其地、若殺人流血於地、不殺殺人者流其血、則地不得潔、

这样，你们就不污秽所住之地，因为血是污秽地的；若有在地上流人血的，非流那杀人者的血，那地就不得洁净。

這樣，你們就不至於使你們所在之地成了俗污，因為血能使地成了俗污；若有在地上流人血的，非流那殺人者的血，那地之被血染就不能得潔除。

如是、則不污爾所居之地、蓋流人血、乃污其地、非流殺人者之血、則無以潔之、

如殺人命、則污衊斯土、殺人者未償命、則污仍不去、

“‘ Do not pollute the land where you are. Bloodshed pollutes the land, and atonement cannot be made for the land on which blood has been shed, except by the blood of the one who shed it.

“‘ Do not pollute the land where you are. Murder pollutes the land. Only one thing can pay to remove the pollution in the land where murder has been committed. The blood of the one who spilled another’s blood must be spilled.

You shall not pollute the land in which you live, for blood pollutes the land, and no atonement can be made for the land for the blood that is shed in it, except by the blood of the one who shed it.

This will ensure that the land where you live will not be polluted, for murder pollutes the land. And no sacrifice except the execution of the murderer can purify the land from murder.

“ Do not defile the land where you live, for bloodshed defiles the land, and there can be no atonement for the land because of the blood that is shed on it, except by the blood of the person who shed it.

So you shall not defile the land in which you live; for blood defiles the land, and no atonement can be made for the land for the blood that is shed on it, except by the blood of the one who shed it.

So you shall not pollute the land where you are; for blood defiles the land, and no atonement can be made for the land, for the blood that is shed on it, except by the blood of him who shed it.

So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood, it polluteth the land; and no expiation can be made for the land for the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it.

今多國之民、和會攻擊爾、彼云、願郇邑被污穢、願我目睹郇邑遭難、

凡流人血者、人亦必流其血、緣天主造人、乃肖己像也、

殺害無辜之兒女、祀迦南之偶像、因而斯地被血污穢、

人子、當告斯地曰、爾乃未得潔之地、震怒之日不得甘雨、其中先知結黨、若咆哮之獅、攫傷生物、彼吞食人民、強奪財寶、使其中多有嫠婦、其祭司犯我律法、瀆我聖物、不辨聖與不聖、不示人何為污、何為潔、其目不顧我之安息日、褻慢我於民中、其中牧伯、若狼攫傷生物、彼殺人流血、傷害人命、為獲不義之財、

然主向猶大所發之烈怒、仍然不息、因瑪拿西諸事干犯主怒、

民又依附巴力毘珥、食供亡者之祭物、

致創世以來、流先知之血、悉將討於此代、即自亞伯之血、至被殺於祭臺及殿間撒迦利亞之血、我誠告爾、此血皆必討於此代、

是爾自證爾為殺先知者之裔、盍盈爾祖之量歟、蛇乎、蝮所產乎、爾何能逃磯很拿之刑乎、是以我遣先知智人經士就爾、其中有爾所殺及釘十字架者、有爾所鞭於爾之會堂、由此邑窘逐至彼邑者、致地上流義人之血、皆歸於爾、即自義人亞伯之血、至爾所殺於殿及祭臺間巴拉迦子撒迦利亞之血也、

蓋主離其所、欲討地上居民之罪、地必顯露流入其中之血、不復掩蓋其上見殺者之屍、

於主爾之天主所賜爾為業之地、遇有見殺者之屍、偃於田野、不知誰殺、則爾之長老士師當出、自被殺者所偃之處、向四周之邑、量度遠近、或作則爾之長老士師當出量度遠近自被殺者所偃之所至四周之諸邑視何邑離被殺者最近、其邑之長老當取牝犢、未耕作未負軛者、其邑之長老以犢牽至有水長流未經耕種之谷、遂於谷中斬犢之頸、為祭司之利未人亦至其所、蓋彼為主爾之天主所選以事之者、藉主之名、為民祝福、凡諸爭訟鬥毆之事、俱憑其判決、離被殺者最近之邑、其長老必盥手在谷中斬頸之犢上、禱曰、我手未流此人之血、我目亦未見之、求主赦宥主所贖之以色列民、莫以流無辜血之罪、歸主之民以色列、於是、流斯人血之罪、可得赦免、

其地亦染污穢、緣此我討居民之罪、使地不容之、原文作使地吐其居民

妄誓誑言、殺害盜竊、淫人妻室、淫人妻室或作姦淫強暴是行、徧處殺人流血、故土地淒涼、淒涼原文作悲哀居民衰殘、野獸與空中飛鳥亦然、海魚亦歸於烏有、

亦因其流無辜之血、徧於耶路撒冷、此罪主決不赦免、

毋使其屍懸於木竟夜、必是日葬之、免致主爾之天主所賜爾為業之地沾染不潔、蓋凡被懸者、可謂天主所詛也、
