如是、則不污爾所居之地、蓋流人血、乃污其地、非流殺人者之血、則無以潔之、

這樣，你們就不至於使你們所在之地成了俗污，因為血能使地成了俗污；若有在地上流人血的，非流那殺人者的血，那地之被血染就不能得潔除。

如殺人命、則污衊斯土、殺人者未償命、則污仍不去、

毋污爾所居之地、殺人流血、即為污其地、若殺人流血於地、不殺殺人者流其血、則地不得潔、

“‘ Do not pollute the land where you are. Bloodshed pollutes the land, and atonement cannot be made for the land on which blood has been shed, except by the blood of the one who shed it.

“‘ Do not pollute the land where you are. Murder pollutes the land. Only one thing can pay to remove the pollution in the land where murder has been committed. The blood of the one who spilled another’s blood must be spilled.

You shall not pollute the land in which you live, for blood pollutes the land, and no atonement can be made for the land for the blood that is shed in it, except by the blood of the one who shed it.

This will ensure that the land where you live will not be polluted, for murder pollutes the land. And no sacrifice except the execution of the murderer can purify the land from murder.

“ Do not defile the land where you live, for bloodshed defiles the land, and there can be no atonement for the land because of the blood that is shed on it, except by the blood of the person who shed it.

So you shall not defile the land in which you live; for blood defiles the land, and no atonement can be made for the land for the blood that is shed on it, except by the blood of the one who shed it.

So you shall not pollute the land where you are; for blood defiles the land, and no atonement can be made for the land, for the blood that is shed on it, except by the blood of him who shed it.

So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood, it polluteth the land; and no expiation can be made for the land for the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it.

今有多國集而攻爾、曰、願彼被污、願我目睹所欲臨於錫安者、

凡流人血者、人必流其血、蓋上帝造人、乃肖己象也、

流無辜之血、即其子女之血、以祭迦南偶像、其地為血所污兮、

人子歟、當告斯土曰、爾乃不潔之地、震怒之日、甘霖不沛、其中之先知結黨、若獅狂吼、攫而裂物、吞噬人靈、取其珍寶、以致邑中嫠婦眾多、其祭司干我法律、污我聖物、不辨聖與不聖、不使人別潔與不潔、掩目不顧我之安息、致我見瀆於民中、其中之牧伯、若狼攫而裂物、惟欲流血、殄滅人靈、以獲不義之利、

然耶和華向猶大之烈怒猶未息、因瑪拿西諸事激之也、

民亦契於巴力毘珥、食祭死物之品兮、

致創世以來所流先知之血、皆於此代而討焉、即自亞伯之血、至亡於殿壇間撒迦利亞之血也、我語汝、必於此代而討焉、

如是、爾自證為殺先知者之裔矣、其盈爾祖之量哉、蛇乎、蝮類歟、安能逭地獄之刑乎、是以我遣先知哲人士子就爾、見殺者有之、釘十架者有之、鞭於會堂、由此邑逐於彼邑者亦有之、致世間所流義人之血、悉歸於爾、即自義人亞伯之血、至爾所殺於殿壇間、巴拉加子撒迦利亞之血、

蓋耶和華出於其所、以罰地上居民之罪、地將暴露其血、被殺之人、不復掩蓋、

在爾上帝耶和華所錫為業之地、若見有被殺者、臥於田間、不知誰殺、則爾之長老士師、必至其處、於四周之邑、度其遠近、最近之邑、其長老必取牝犢、未負軛服役者、牽至活水之谷、其地未經耕種、則於谷中折犢之頸、利未人祭司必適其所、蓋其為爾上帝耶和華所簡、以供役事、藉耶和華之名、為民祝嘏、凡諸爭競鬥毆、俱憑其言而定、離見殺者最近之邑、其長老必在谷中、盥手於折頸之犢上、曰、我手未流此血、我目亦未之見、耶和華歟、爾所贖之以色列族、求爾宥之、勿使無辜之血、歸於爾民、於是流血之罪得赦、

厥地見污、故我以罪加之、俾其居民為地所吐、

惟妄誓、失信、殺戮、偷盜、姦淫、殘暴是行、疊流人血、故斯士愁慘、居民野獸、飛鳥衰殘、海魚被取、

且因其流無辜之血、遍滿耶路撒冷、耶和華不赦之、

毋使其尸懸木竟夕、必是日葬之、免污爾上帝耶和華所賜為業之地、蓋被懸者、乃上帝所詛也、
