如是、則不污爾所居之地、蓋流人血、乃污其地、非流殺人者之血、則無以潔之、

如殺人命、則污衊斯土、殺人者未償命、則污仍不去、

毋污爾所居之地、殺人流血、即為污其地、若殺人流血於地、不殺殺人者流其血、則地不得潔、

“‘ Do not pollute the land where you are. Bloodshed pollutes the land, and atonement cannot be made for the land on which blood has been shed, except by the blood of the one who shed it.

“‘ Do not pollute the land where you are. Murder pollutes the land. Only one thing can pay to remove the pollution in the land where murder has been committed. The blood of the one who spilled another’s blood must be spilled.

You shall not pollute the land in which you live, for blood pollutes the land, and no atonement can be made for the land for the blood that is shed in it, except by the blood of the one who shed it.

This will ensure that the land where you live will not be polluted, for murder pollutes the land. And no sacrifice except the execution of the murderer can purify the land from murder.

So you shall not defile the land in which you live; for blood defiles the land, and no atonement can be made for the land for the blood that is shed on it, except by the blood of the one who shed it.

现在多国的民集合起来，攻击你，说：‘愿锡安被蹂躏，愿我们亲眼看见锡安遭报应。’”

流人血的，人也必流他的血；因为神造人，是按着他自己的形象。

他们流了无辜人的血，就是他们自己儿女的血，把他们祭祀迦南的偶像；那地就被血污秽了。

“人子啊！你要对这地说：‘在忿怒的日子，你是没有雨水（“没有雨水”这译法是根据古译本，原文作“未得洁净”），没有甘霖之地’。其中的先知叛逆，像吼叫的狮子撕碎猎物；他们把人吞吃，抢夺财物和珍宝，使其中寡妇的数目增多。这地的祭司违反我的律法，亵渎我的圣物；他们不分别圣俗，也不教导人分辨什么是洁净的和不洁净的，又掩目不理我的安息日，以致我在他们中间被亵渎。其中的官长好像撕碎猎物的豺狼，流人的血，灭人的命，为要得不义之财。

但耶和华并没有把他向犹大所发的烈怒消除，因玛拿西种种的恶行激怒了他。

他们又归附巴力．毗珥，吃了祭过死神的祭物。

为要使创世以来众先知所流的血，从亚伯的血起，直到在祭坛和圣所之间受害的撒迦利亚的血为止，都向这一代追讨。’是的，我告诉你们，都要向这一代追讨。

这样，你们就指证自己是杀害先知的人的子孙了。那么，去完成你们祖先的罪孽吧！你们这些蛇，这些毒蛇所生的啊，你们怎能逃脱地狱的刑罚呢？因此，我差派先知、智慧人和经学家到你们那里；有些你们要杀害又钉在十字架上，有些你们要在会堂里鞭打，从一个城赶逐到另一个城。所以，从义人亚伯的血起，到巴拉加的儿子撒迦利亚的血为止，他就是你们在圣所和祭坛中间所杀的，所有义人在地上所流的血，都要归在你们身上。

因为你看！耶和华从他的居所出来，要惩罚地上居民的罪孽；大地要露出其上所流的血，不再遮盖被杀的人。”

“在耶和华你的神赐给你作产业的地上，如果发现有被杀的人，倒卧在田野，又不知道是谁杀死他的，这样，你的长老和审判官就要出去，量一下从被杀的人那里到四周城市的距离。看看哪一座城离那被杀的人最近，那城的长老就要从牛群中取一只母牛犊，就是还没有耕过地、没有负过轭的。那城的长老要把母牛犊牵下去，到一个有活水长流的山谷，就是未曾耕种过、未曾撒过种的地方，在那里要打折母牛犊的颈项。利未支派的祭司的子孙要上前来，因为耶和华你的神拣选了他们事奉他，奉耶和华的名祝福。一切争讼和一切殴打的事，都要凭他们的话决定。那城所有的长老，就是离那被杀的人最近的，都要在山谷中，在被折断颈项的母牛犊以上洗手。他们要声明，说：‘我们的手未曾流过这人的血，我们的眼也未曾看见这事。耶和华啊，求你赦免你的子民以色列，就是你救赎的，不要使流无辜人的血的罪归在你的子民以色列中间。’这样，他们流人血的罪就得到赦免了。

连地也被玷污，所以我追讨那地的罪孽，那地就把居民吐出去。

只有起假誓、撒谎、残杀、偷盗、奸淫、行强暴，以至流人血事件相继而来。因此，这地必悲哀，地上所有的居民、田野的走兽、空中的飞鸟都必衰微、枯萎，连海里的鱼也要灭亡。

又因着他所流无辜人的血，他使耶路撒冷满了无辜人的血，耶和华决不赦免。

他的尸体不可留在树上过夜，必须在当日把他埋葬，因为被挂在木头上的，是受神咒诅的；这样，你就不至于玷污耶和华你的神赐给你作产业的地了。”
