如是、則不污爾所居之地、蓋流人血、乃污其地、非流殺人者之血、則無以潔之、

如殺人命、則污衊斯土、殺人者未償命、則污仍不去、

毋污爾所居之地、殺人流血、即為污其地、若殺人流血於地、不殺殺人者流其血、則地不得潔、

“‘ Do not pollute the land where you are. Bloodshed pollutes the land, and atonement cannot be made for the land on which blood has been shed, except by the blood of the one who shed it.

“‘ Do not pollute the land where you are. Murder pollutes the land. Only one thing can pay to remove the pollution in the land where murder has been committed. The blood of the one who spilled another’s blood must be spilled.

You shall not pollute the land in which you live, for blood pollutes the land, and no atonement can be made for the land for the blood that is shed in it, except by the blood of the one who shed it.

This will ensure that the land where you live will not be polluted, for murder pollutes the land. And no sacrifice except the execution of the murderer can purify the land from murder.

“ Do not defile the land where you live, for bloodshed defiles the land, and there can be no atonement for the land because of the blood that is shed on it, except by the blood of the person who shed it.

So you shall not defile the land in which you live; for blood defiles the land, and no atonement can be made for the land for the blood that is shed on it, except by the blood of the one who shed it.

So you shall not pollute the land where you are; for blood defiles the land, and no atonement can be made for the land, for the blood that is shed on it, except by the blood of him who shed it.

So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood, it polluteth the land; and no expiation can be made for the land for the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it.

现在许多国家一起来攻击你们，说：“愿锡安遭蹂躏，我们要看着锡安被毁灭。”

凡杀害人的，也必被人杀害，因为人是上帝照着自己的形象造的。

他们把自己的儿女献给迦南的神像作祭物，流他们儿女无辜的血，玷污了那地方。

“人子啊，你要对以色列说，‘在我发怒的日子，将没有雨水滋润你这不洁之地。你的首领图谋恶事，好像咆哮着撕碎猎物的狮子，他们草菅人命，抢夺财宝，使多人变成寡妇。你的祭司强解我的律法，亵渎我的圣物。他们圣俗不分，也不教导人分辨洁净的和污秽的。他们藐视我的安息日，亵渎我。你的首领好像撕碎猎物的豺狼，杀人流血，谋取不义之财。

然而，玛拿西所行的一切惹怒耶和华，耶和华对犹大仍盛怒未息。

他们在毗珥祭拜巴力，吃献给假神的祭物。

使创世以来，自亚伯一直到在祭坛和圣所之间被杀的撒迦利亚等众先知的血债，都由这个世代承担。我实在告诉你们，这些罪责都要由这个世代承担。

这样，你们自己证明自己是杀害先知之人的后代。去填满你们祖先的罪恶吧！你们这些蛇，这些毒蛇的后代啊，你们怎能逃脱地狱的刑罚呢？“看啊，我派先知、智者和律法教师到你们当中，有的会遭到你们的杀害，被你们钉在十字架上；有的会在会堂里被你们鞭打，被你们从这城追到那城。因此，所有义人在地上所流的血，就是从义人亚伯的血，直到你们在圣所和祭坛之间所杀的巴拉加的儿子撒迦利亚的血，都要归到你们身上。

看啊，耶和华要走出祂的居所，惩罚世上犯罪的人。大地必不再隐藏被杀之人的尸首，必将所流的血显露出来。

“在你们的上帝耶和华将要赐给你们的土地上，如果发现有人被杀，陈尸野外，却不知道凶手是谁，当地的长老和审判官就要去测量一下尸体距附近各城邑的距离。距离尸体最近的那城的长老们要牵一头从未负过轭、从未耕过地的小母牛，去有溪流但无人耕种过的山谷，在那里把它的颈项打断。利未祭司也要去，因为你们的上帝耶和华拣选他们在祂面前事奉、奉祂的名为人祝福并审理各种纠纷及人身伤害的事。那城的长老们要在被打断颈项的小母牛上方洗手，然后祷告说，‘我们的手没有杀这人，我们的眼也没有看见谁杀了他。耶和华啊，求你赦免你已经救赎的以色列子民，不要把杀害这无辜之人的罪算在你的子民身上。’这样，杀人的罪便可得到赦免。

他们居住的土地也都被玷污了，所以我因他们的罪恶而惩罚那片土地，我要使那片土地吐出他们。

他们咒诅、撒谎、凶杀、偷窃、通奸，为所欲为，血案累累。所以，这片土地要哀鸣，所有的居民都要消亡，田间的野兽、空中的飞鸟、水里的鱼类也要灭绝。”

玛拿西滥杀无辜，使耶路撒冷血流遍地，耶和华不会赦免这些罪行。

不可让尸体在木头上过夜，必须当天埋葬，因为凡挂在木头上的人都是上帝所咒诅的。你们不可玷污你们的上帝耶和华将要赐给你们的土地。
