“倘若人用铁器打死人，他是故意杀人的；故意杀人的必被处死。

“‘如果人用鐵器打人，以致把人打死，他就是故意殺人的；故意殺人的必被處死。

『倘若人用鐵器擊打人，以致那人死去，那就是故意殺人的；故意殺人的、必須被處死。

若以鐵器擊人至死、是為故殺、故殺人者殺毋赦、

若以鐵器擊人至死、是誠殺人者、必死毋赦、

若以鐵器擊人致死、是為故殺人者、必治之死、

“‘ If anyone strikes someone a fatal blow with an iron object, that person is a murderer; the murderer is to be put to death.

“‘ Suppose a person uses an iron object to hit and kill someone. Then that person is a murderer and must be put to death.

“ But if he struck him down with an iron object, so that he died, he is a murderer. The murderer shall be put to death.

“ But if someone strikes and kills another person with a piece of iron, it is murder, and the murderer must be executed.

“ If anyone strikes a person with an iron object and death results, he is a murderer; the murderer must be put to death.

‘ But if he struck him with an iron object, so that he died, he is a murderer; the murderer must be put to death.

‘ But if he strikes him with an iron implement, so that he dies, he is a murderer; the murderer shall surely be put to death.

But if he smote him with an instrument of iron, so that he died, he is a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.

And if he smite him with an instrument of iron, so that he die, he[ is] a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.

“打死人的，必被处死；

“无论谁杀了人，必须凭几个证人的口，才可把那故意杀人的处死；只凭一个证人，不足以判人死。那犯死罪的杀人犯，你们不可收赎价来代替他的命；他必须被处死。那逃到逃城的人，你们不可向他收赎价，使他在大祭司未死以先回本地居住。这样，你们就不会污秽所住之地，因为血能使地污秽；若有血流在地上，除非流那杀人者的血，否则那地就不得洁净。

“人若不是出于仇恨，把人推倒，或不是埋伏等着丢东西砸人，或是在不注意的时候，用可以致命的石头扔在人身上，以至于死，彼此没有仇恨，也无意害对方，会众就要照着这些典章，在杀人者和报血仇者中间审判。

“打人致死的，必被处死。他若不是出于预谋，而是上帝交在他手中，我就设立一个地方，让他可以逃到那里。人若蓄意用诡计杀了他的邻舍，就是逃到我的坛那里，也当把他捉去处死。

流你们血、害你们命的，我必向他追讨；我要向一切走兽追讨，向人和向人的弟兄追讨人命。凡流人血的，他的血也必被人所流，因为上帝造人，是照自己的形像造的。

“若有人恨他的邻舍，埋伏等着，起来击杀他，把他杀死，然后逃到这些城中的一座，他本城的长老就要派人去，从那里把他带出来，交在报血仇者的手中，把他处死。你的眼不可顾惜他，要从以色列中除掉流无辜血的罪，使你得福。”
