若以鐵器擊人致死、是為故殺人者、必治之死、

“倘若人用铁器打人，以致打死，他就是故杀人的；故杀人的必被治死。

“倘若人用铁器打死人，他是故意杀人的；故意杀人的必被处死。

“‘倘若有人用铁器打人致死，他就是故意杀人，必须被处死。

“‘如果人用铁器打人，以致把人打死，他就是故意杀人的；故意杀人的必被处死。

「倘若人用鐵器打人，以致打死，他就是故殺人的；故殺人的必被治死。

「倘若人用鐵器打死人，他是故意殺人的；故意殺人的必被處死。

「倘若人用鐵器打死人，他是故意殺人的；故意殺人的必被處死。

「『倘若有人用鐵器打人致死，他就是故意殺人，必須被處死。

“‘如果人用鐵器打人，以致把人打死，他就是故意殺人的；故意殺人的必被處死。

『倘若人用鐵器擊打人，以致那人死去，那就是故意殺人的；故意殺人的、必須被處死。

若以鐵器擊人至死、是為故殺、故殺人者殺毋赦、

若以鐵器擊人至死、是誠殺人者、必死毋赦、

“‘ If anyone strikes someone a fatal blow with an iron object, that person is a murderer; the murderer is to be put to death.

“‘ Suppose a person uses an iron object to hit and kill someone. Then that person is a murderer and must be put to death.

“ But if he struck him down with an iron object, so that he died, he is a murderer. The murderer shall be put to death.

“ But if someone strikes and kills another person with a piece of iron, it is murder, and the murderer must be executed.

“ If anyone strikes a person with an iron object and death results, he is a murderer; the murderer must be put to death.

‘ But if he struck him with an iron object, so that he died, he is a murderer; the murderer must be put to death.

‘ But if he strikes him with an iron implement, so that he dies, he is a murderer; the murderer shall surely be put to death.

But if he smote him with an instrument of iron, so that he died, he is a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.

“ If anyone strikes a person with an iron object and death results, he is a murderer; the murderer must be put to death.

And if he smite him with an instrument of iron, so that he die, he[ is] a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.

“ But if he hits someone with an iron tool so that he dies, he is a murderer. The murderer must surely be put to death.

“‘ But if he struck him with an instrument of iron, so that he died, he is a murderer. The murderer shall surely be put to death.

凡害人命者、必治之死、

凡殺人者、有人為證、必治之死、惟毋據一人之證治之死、凡殺人當死者、毋許贖命、必治之死、凡奔至逃避之邑者、大祭司未卒之先、亦毋許其納贖以歸故土、毋污爾所居之地、殺人流血、即為污其地、若殺人流血於地、不殺殺人者流其血、則地不得潔、

若無仇偶然推人下、或無心擲物於人身、或在不見之時、以能斃人之石、擲於人身致死、彼原與之無仇、亦非欲害之、則會眾必於殺人者與復仇者間、循例而審鞫、

擊人死者殺無赦、若非有心殺人、乃天主偶付於其手、我必設一處、使可逃避、人若因仇用奸計殺人、雖逃至我祭臺、亦當執之而殺、○

有害爾命流爾血者、或獸或人、我必討其罪、人與人為兄弟、人若害人命、我必討其罪、凡流人血者、人亦必流其血、緣天主造人、乃肖己像也、

人若仇怨人、暗伏窺伺、乘機起而擊之、傷其生命、後逃於三邑中之一邑、則其本邑之長老、必遣人執之、付於報仇者手致之死、爾目毋顧惜之、如是、可除殺人之罪於以色列中、則爾得福、○
