“ If anyone strikes a person with an iron object and death results, he is a murderer; the murderer must be put to death.

『倘若人用鐵器擊打人，以致那人死去，那就是故意殺人的；故意殺人的、必須被處死。

若以鐵器擊人至死、是為故殺、故殺人者殺毋赦、

若以鐵器擊人至死、是誠殺人者、必死毋赦、

若以鐵器擊人致死、是為故殺人者、必治之死、

“‘ If anyone strikes someone a fatal blow with an iron object, that person is a murderer; the murderer is to be put to death.

“‘ Suppose a person uses an iron object to hit and kill someone. Then that person is a murderer and must be put to death.

“ But if he struck him down with an iron object, so that he died, he is a murderer. The murderer shall be put to death.

“ But if someone strikes and kills another person with a piece of iron, it is murder, and the murderer must be executed.

‘ But if he struck him with an iron object, so that he died, he is a murderer; the murderer must be put to death.

‘ But if he strikes him with an iron implement, so that he dies, he is a murderer; the murderer shall surely be put to death.

But if he smote him with an instrument of iron, so that he died, he is a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.

But no one is to be put to death based on the testimony of one witness.You are not to accept a ransom for the life of someone who is guilty of murder; he must be put to death.Neither should you accept a ransom for the person who flees to his city of refuge, allowing him to return and live in the land before the death of the high priest.“ Do not defile the land where you live, for bloodshed defiles the land, and there can be no atonement for the land because of the blood that is shed on it, except by the blood of the person who shed it.

“ But if anyone suddenly pushes a person without hostility or throws any object at him without malicious intentor without looking drops a stone that could kill a person and he dies, but he was not his enemy and didn’t intend to harm him,the assembly is to judge between the person who kills someone and the avenger of blood according to these ordinances.

“ Whoever strikes a person so that he dies must be put to death.But if he did not intend any harm, and yet God allowed it to happen, I will appoint a place for you where he may flee.If a person schemes and willfully acts against his neighbor to murder him, you must take him from my altar to be put to death.

And I will require a penalty for your lifeblood; I will require it from any animal and from any human; if someone murders a fellow human, I will require that person’s life.Whoever sheds human blood, by humans his blood will be shed, for God made humans in his image.

But if someone hates his neighbor, lies in ambush for him, attacks him, and strikes him fatally, and flees to one of these cities,the elders of his city are to send for him, take him from there, and hand him over to the avenger of blood and he will die.Do not look on him with pity but purge from Israel the guilt of shedding innocent blood, and you will prosper.
