如果你们不把那地的居民从你们面前赶出去，所留下的人就必成为你们眼中的刺，肋旁的荆棘，在你们所住的地方扰害你们；

倘若你们不赶出那地的居民，所容留的居民就必作你们眼中的刺，肋下的荆棘，也必在你们所住的地上扰害你们。

倘若你们不把那地的居民从你们面前赶出去，那留下的居民就必成为你们眼中的刺，肋下的荆棘，也必在你们所住的地上扰乱你们；

倘若你们不把那地的居民从你们面前赶出去，那留下的居民就必成为你们眼中的刺，肋下的荆棘，也必在你们所住的地上扰乱你们；

如果你们不赶走那里的居民，留下来的人必成为你们眼里的刺和肋旁的荆棘，在你们所居之地搅扰你们，

倘若你們不趕出那地的居民，所容留的居民就必作你們眼中的刺，肋下的荊棘，也必在你們所住的地上擾害你們。

倘若你們不把那地的居民從你們面前趕出去，那留下的居民就必成為你們眼中的刺，肋下的荊棘，也必在你們所住的地上擾亂你們；

如果你們不趕走那裡的居民，留下來的人必成為你們眼裡的刺和肋旁的荊棘，在你們所居之地攪擾你們，

如果你們不把那地的居民從你們面前趕出去，所留下的人就必成為你們眼中的刺，肋旁的荊棘，在你們所住的地方擾害你們；

你們若不把那地的居民從你們面前趕出去，你們所讓存留的人就會成了你們眼中的刺、肋下的荊棘，也會在你們所住的地擾害你們。

斯土之民、爾不驅逐、則爾所遺者、必為爾目中之刺、脇下之棘、擾爾於所居之地、

斯土之眾、爾不驅逐、則其遺民、必為爾目中之刺、肘下之棘、困苦爾於此。

若爾不驅逐斯地之居民、爾所存留者、必為爾目中之荊、脇下之刺、必擾害爾於爾所居之地、

“‘ But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land, those you allow to remain will become barbs in your eyes and thorns in your sides. They will give you trouble in the land where you will live.

“‘ But suppose you do not drive out the people living in the land. Then those you allow to remain there will become like needles in your eyes. They will become like thorns in your sides. They will give you trouble in the land where you will live.

But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then those of them whom you let remain shall be as barbs in your eyes and thorns in your sides, and they shall trouble you in the land where you dwell.

But if you fail to drive out the people who live in the land, those who remain will be like splinters in your eyes and thorns in your sides. They will harass you in the land where you live.

But if you don’t drive out the inhabitants of the land before you, those you allow to remain will become barbs for your eyes and thorns for your sides; they will harass you in the land where you will live.

But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land from you, then it will come about that those whom you let remain of them will be like thorns in your eyes and like pricks in your sides, and they will trouble you in the land in which you live.

But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then it shall be that those whom you let remain shall be irritants in your eyes and thorns in your sides, and they shall harass you in the land where you dwell.

But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then shall those that ye let remain of them be as pricks in your eyes, and as thorns in your sides, and they shall vex you in the land wherein ye dwell.

因此我又说：‘我必不把他们从你们面前赶走，他们要作你们的敌人（按照《马索拉文本》，“敌人”作“边旁”，意思不明确，或译﹕“网罗”﹔现参照各古译本翻译），他们的神要作你们的网罗。’”

他们没有照着耶和华吩咐他们的，灭绝外族的人民，反而和外族人混居杂处，学习他们的风俗习惯。他们又事奉外族人的偶像，这就成了他们的网罗。

如果你们转离耶和华，与你们中间剩下的这些国家的余民联络，和他们通婚，互相来往，你们就必知道，耶和华你们的神必不再把这些国家从你们面前赶出去；他们必要成为你们的网罗和陷阱，肋下的鞭和眼中的刺，直到你们从耶和华你们的神赐给你们的这美地上灭亡为止。

耶和华你的神交给你的所有民族，你都要把他们消灭；你的眼不可怜惜他们；你也不可事奉他们的神，因为这必成为你的网罗。

不可让他们住在你的境内，恐怕他们使你得罪我；如果你事奉他们的神，这必成为你的网罗。”

因为他必使你的儿子离开我，去事奉别的神，以致耶和华向你们发烈怒，就快快地把你们消灭。

便雅悯人没有赶走住在耶路撒冷的耶布斯人，所以耶布斯人与便雅悯人一同住在耶路撒冷，直到今日。约瑟家也上去攻打伯特利；耶和华与他们同在。约瑟家派人去窥探伯特利。那城从前的名字叫路斯。窥探的人看见一个人从城里出来，就对他说：“请你把进城的路指示我们，我们必恩待你。”那人把进城的路指示了他们，他们就用刀击杀了那城的居民，却把那人和他的全家都放走。那人到赫人之地去了，筑了一座城，给它起名叫路斯；直到今日那城还叫这名。玛拿西没有赶走伯．善和属于伯．善的乡村的居民，他纳和属于他纳的乡村的居民，多珥和属于多珥的乡村的居民，以伯莲和属于以伯莲的乡村的居民，米吉多和属于米吉多的乡村的居民；迦南人决意住在那地。到以色列强盛了，就迫使迦南人作苦工，但没有把他们完全赶走。以法莲也没有把住在基色的迦南人赶走，于是迦南人还住在基色，在以法莲中间。西布伦没有把基伦的居民和拿哈拉的居民赶走；于是迦南人还住在西布伦中间，成了作苦工的人。亚设没有把亚柯的居民和西顿的居民赶走，也没有把亚黑拉、亚革悉、黑巴、亚弗革和利合的居民赶走。于是亚设人住在当地的居民迦南人中间，因为他们没有把他们赶走。拿弗他利没有把伯．示麦的居民和伯．亚纳的居民赶走；于是他们就住在当地的居民迦南人中间；伯．示麦和伯．亚纳的居民成了给他们作苦工的人。亚摩利人强迫但人退回山地上，不容他们下到平原来。亚摩利人决意住在希烈山、亚雅仑和沙宾；但约瑟家的势力强大以后，他们就成了作苦工的人。亚摩利人的境界，是从亚克拉滨山坡，从西拉直上。

四围一切恨恶以色列家的人，必不再向他们作刺人的荆棘、使人痛苦的蒺藜。人就知道我是主耶和华。
