亚笔月间的这日是你们出来的日子。

以色列人从兰塞起行，往疏割去；除了妇人孩子，步行的男人约有六十万。

开路的在他们前面上去；他们直闯过城门，从城门出去。他们的王在前面行；耶和华引导他们。”

你们出来必不至急忙，也不至奔逃。因为，耶和华必在你们前头行；以色列的神必作你们的后盾。

他们出来的时候，埃及人便欢喜；原来埃及人惧怕他们。

约瑟遵着法老的命，把埃及国最好的地，就是兰塞境内的地，给他父亲和弟兄居住，作为产业。

“你们要以本月为正月，为一年之首。

于是埃及人派督工的辖制他们，加重担苦害他们。他们为法老建造两座积货城，就是比东和兰塞。
