Then Moses gave to the Gadites, the Reubenites and the half-tribe of Manasseh son of Joseph the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorites and the kingdom of Og king of Bashan— the whole land with its cities and the territory around them.

Then Moses gave their land to them. He gave it to the tribes of Gad and Reuben and half of the tribe of Manasseh. Manasseh was Joseph’s son. One part of that land had belonged to the kingdom of Sihon. He was the king of the Amorites. The other part had belonged to the kingdom of Og. He was the king of Bashan. Moses gave that whole land to those two and a half tribes. It included its cities and the territory around them.

And Moses gave to them, to the people of Gad and to the people of Reuben and to the half-tribe of Manasseh the son of Joseph, the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorites and the kingdom of Og king of Bashan, the land and its cities with their territories, the cities of the land throughout the country.

So Moses assigned land to the tribes of Gad, Reuben, and half the tribe of Manasseh son of Joseph. He gave them the territory of King Sihon of the Amorites and the land of King Og of Bashan— the whole land with its cities and surrounding lands.

So Moses gave them— the Gadites, Reubenites, and half the tribe of Manasseh son of Joseph— the kingdom of King Sihon of the Amorites and the kingdom of King Og of Bashan, the land including its cities with the territories surrounding them.

So Moses gave to them, to the sons of Gad, the sons of Reuben, and to the half tribe of Joseph’s son Manasseh, the kingdom of Sihon, king of the Amorites and the kingdom of Og, the king of Bashan, the land with its cities with their territories, the cities of the surrounding land.

耶和華的僕人摩西和以色列人把這兩個王擊殺了。耶和華的僕人摩西把地分給流本人、迦得人和瑪拿西半個支派的人作產業。

“那時，我們佔領了那地，從亞嫩谷旁邊的亞羅珥起，我把基列山地的一半和其中的城市，都給了流本人和迦得人。基列其餘的地方和巴珊全境，就是噩王的國土，我都給了瑪拿西半個支派。亞珥歌全境就是巴珊全境，這叫作利乏音人的地。瑪拿西的兒子睚珥，佔了亞珥歌全境，直到基述人和瑪迦人的邊界，就按著自己的名字稱巴珊全境為哈倭特．睚珥，直到今日。我又把基列給了瑪吉。從基列到亞嫩谷，以谷的中心為界，直到亞捫人邊界的雅博河，我都給了流本人和迦得人；又把亞拉巴，和以約旦河為界，從基尼烈直到亞拉巴海，就是鹽海，在毗斯迦山坡下東邊的地方，都給了他們。

現在耶和華你們的神，照著他應許的，已經使你們兄弟得享平安；現在你們可以返回自己家裡，回到耶和華的僕人摩西在約旦河東賜給你們作產業的地方去。

奪取了他們的地，分給流本人、迦得人和瑪拿西半個支派作產業。

“後來我們回轉過來，沿著到巴珊的路上去；巴珊王噩和他的眾民，都出來迎著我們，在以得來與我們作戰。耶和華對我說：‘你不要怕他，因為我已經把他和他的眾民，以及他的土地，都交在你的手裡；你要待他，像從前你待希實本的亞摩利人的王西宏一樣。’於是耶和華我們的神也把巴珊王噩和他的眾民都交在我們的手裡；我們擊殺了他們，沒有留下一個存活的人。那時，我們掠奪了他所有的城；在巴珊王噩的國土裡，亞珥歌的全境，共有六十座城，沒有一座城不被我們所奪。這些城都是以高牆作堡壘，有城門，有門閂；此外，還有很多沒有城牆的鄉村。我們把這些都滅盡，像從前我們待希實本王西宏一樣，把各城中的男女和小孩子都滅盡。只有城中所有的牲畜和奪得的財物，都掠為己有。那時，我們從約旦河東亞摩利人的兩個王手裡，把從亞嫩谷直到黑門山的地奪了過來，（

耶利雅的親族有二千七百人，都是勇士，各家族的首領；大衛王派他們管理流本支派、迦得支派和瑪拿西半個支派一切有關神和王的事務。

但是希實本王西宏不肯讓我們從他那裡經過，因為耶和華我們的神使他的心意頑固，使他的心剛硬，為要把他交在你的手裡，像今日一樣。耶和華對我說：‘看哪，我已經把西宏和他的地交給你了，你可以佔領他的地作產業。’“那時西宏和他所有的人民都出來，攻擊我們，在雅雜與我們作戰。耶和華我們的神把他交給了我們，我們就把他、他的兒子們和他所有的人民都擊殺了。

流本子孫和迦得子孫的牲畜極其眾多；他們看見雅謝地和基列地都是可牧放牲畜的地方，

流本支派、迦得支派和瑪拿西半個支派的人，都是勇士；他們拿盾牌和刀劍，能拉弓射箭，又能出征善戰的，共有四萬四千七百六十人。

西宏不容以色列人從他的境界經過，反而聚集了自己的人民，出到曠野去攻擊以色列人，西宏到了雅雜，與以色列人交戰。以色列人用刀擊殺了他，佔領了他的地，從亞嫩河到雅博河，直到亞捫人那裡，因為雅謝是亞捫人的邊界（本句或譯﹕“因為亞捫人有堅固的邊防”）。以色列人奪取了這一切城，也住在亞摩利人的各城，就是希實本，與屬於希實本的一切村莊。這希實本是亞摩利人的王西宏的京城；西宏曾經與摩押以前的王交戰，從他手中奪去了所有的地，直到亞嫩河。因此詩人說：“你們來到希實本！願西宏的城被重建，願西宏的城堅立。因為有火從希實本發出，有火燄從西宏的城冒出，吞滅了摩押的亞珥，燒毀了亞嫩河的高岡（按照《馬索拉文本》，“燒毀了亞嫩河的高岡”作“亞嫩河的高岡上的業主”﹔現參照《七十士譯本》翻譯）。摩押啊，你有禍了，基抹的民哪，你們滅亡了；基抹使自己的男子逃亡，使自己的女子被擄，交給了亞摩利人的王西宏。我們射擊他們，希實本就毀滅，直到底本。我們使地荒涼，直到挪法，挪法直伸到米底巴。”這樣，以色列人就住在亞摩利人的地。摩西派人去窺探雅謝，以色列人就佔領了雅謝的村鎮，把那裡的亞摩利人趕走。以色列人回頭，沿著到巴珊的路上走；巴珊王噩和他的眾民都出來迎著以色列人，在以得來與他們交戰。耶和華對摩西說：“不要怕他，因為我已經把他和他的眾民，以及他的地都交在你手裡；你要待他，像從前待那住在希實本的亞摩利人的王西宏一樣。”於是，他們殺了噩和他的兒子，以及他的眾民，沒有留下一個，就佔領了他的地。

瑪拿西另半個支派（按照《馬索拉文本》，“瑪拿西另半個支派”作“與它”，意思不明確﹔現參照《七十士譯本》翻譯），跟流本人和迦得人，已經得了摩西在約旦河東賜給他們的產業，是照著耶和華的僕人摩西賜給他們的，就是從亞嫩谷邊的亞羅珥和谷中間的城，以及米底巴的整片平原，直到底本；還有在希實本作王的亞摩利人的王西宏所有的城鎮，直到亞捫人的境界；又有基列地、基述人和瑪迦人的境界，以及整個黑門山、巴珊全地，直到撒迦；另有巴珊王噩的全國，他在亞斯他錄和以得來作王；他是利乏音人留下的唯一餘民。這些地方的人，摩西都把他們擊殺了，趕走了。以色列人卻沒有趕走基述人和瑪迦人；因此，基述人和瑪迦人住在以色列人中間，直到今日。只有利未支派，摩西沒有把產業給他們；他們的產業就是獻給耶和華以色列的神的火祭，正如耶和華對他們所說的。

瑪拿西半個支派中有記名的，共一萬八千人，都來擁立大衛為王。

他殺戮了強盛的君王，因為他的慈愛永遠長存。他殺了亞摩利王西宏，因為他的慈愛永遠長存。他殺了巴珊王噩，因為他的慈愛永遠長存。他把他們的地賜給了自己的子民作產業，因為他的慈愛永遠長存。

他擊殺了多國的民，殺戮了強悍的王，就是亞摩利王西宏、巴珊王噩，和迦南列國的王。
