then when the land is subdued before the Lord, you may return and be free from your obligation to the Lord and to Israel. And this land will be your possession before the Lord.

When the land is under the Lord’ s control, you can come back here. Your duty to the Lord and Israel will be over. Then the Lord will give you this land as your own.

迨爾兄弟於約但西、得爾上帝耶和華所錫之地、而享安息、與爾無異、後則返我予爾為業之地、

瑪拿西半支派、及流便迦得二支派、已得其業於約但東、即耶和華僕摩西所予者、

迨耶和華錫爾兄弟綏安、如錫於爾、使之亦得爾上帝耶和華所賜之地、後乃返得爾業、即耶和華僕摩西所予約但東日出之地、

斯王與其土地、約書亞一時取之、蓋以色列之上帝耶和華為以色列人戰也、

斯土既服、以色列會眾集於示羅、而立會幕、

約書亞循耶和華諭摩西之命、取斯全地、以給以色列人為業、依其支派班列、厥後其地息戰、

時、我儕既得斯土、自亞嫩谷濱之亞羅珥、及基列山之半、與其諸邑、我以之予流便族、迦得族、基列餘地、及噩之國巴珊全地、亞珥歌伯四境、我以之予瑪拿西支派之半、巴珊昔稱為利乏音地、瑪拿西裔睚珥、得亞珥歌伯四境、至基述瑪迦二族之界、依其名、稱巴珊為哈倭特睚珥、以至今日、我以基列予瑪吉、自基列至亞嫩谷、以谷中為界、抵亞捫界之雅博溪、及亞拉巴、沿約但河之地、自基尼列、至亞拉巴之鹽海、並毘斯迦山麓以東之地、悉以予流便族、迦得族、○時、我命爾曰、爾上帝耶和華、既以斯土錫爾為業、爾之勇士、必皆執兵、先爾兄弟以色列人而往、

凡出爾門、入衢遇害、血歸其首、我則無辜、惟偕居爾家者、有人害之、血歸我首、

驅逐異邦於其前、量地予之以為業、俾以色列支派、居於其幕兮、

上帝歟、爾在古昔所行之事、我耳聞之、列祖曾述之兮、以爾手逐列邦、栽培我祖、苦待異族、使我列祖繁衍兮、其得斯土、非恃己刃、其得拯救、非賴己臂、乃賴爾之右手與臂、乃爾容光、以爾悅之兮、我上帝歟、爾為我王、其命雅各獲勝兮、

摩西給業於瑪拿西半支派、循其室家、其境自瑪哈念、巴珊全地、即巴珊王噩之全國、與巴珊境內、睚珥諸邑六十、基列之半、及巴珊王噩之邑、亞斯他錄以得來、俱歸瑪拿西子瑪吉裔之半、循其室家、○以上諸業、乃摩西在約但東、摩押平原、耶利哥相對之處所分者、

大衛聞之、曰、流尼珥子押尼珥之血、我與我國、在耶和華前、永無罪辜、

耶和華以邑與王、付於以色列人手、刃擊其邑、殺其居民、靡有孑遺、其待立拿王、如昔之待耶利哥王然、
