爾之妻孥牲畜、可留於約但東、摩西予爾之地、惟爾勇士、必皆執兵、先爾兄弟而濟以助之、迨耶和華錫爾兄弟綏安、如錫於爾、使之亦得爾上帝耶和華所賜之地、後乃返得爾業、即耶和華僕摩西所予約但東日出之地、

斯民干犯其列祖之上帝、狥欲從斯土居民之神、即上帝於其前、所滅諸族之神、以色列之上帝聳動亞述二王、普勒與提革拉毘尼色之心、遂虜流便人、迦得人、及瑪拿西半支派、至哈臘、哈博、哈拉、及歌散河濱、迄於今日、

亞伯蘭姪羅得居所多瑪、人與物皆被虜、○

我必於耶和華前、執兵濟河、至迦南地、惟我之業、在約但東、於是摩西以亞摩利王西宏、巴珊王噩之地、及境內之城邑、四周之鄉里、俱給迦得流便二族、約瑟子瑪拿西支派之半、○

始而驟富、終不為福、

約但東日出之所、自亞嫩谷至黑門山、及東方亞拉巴全地、以色列人擊其二王、取其土地如左、亞摩利王西宏都希實本、其所轄之地、自亞嫩谷濱之亞羅珥、及谷中之邑、與基列之半、至亞捫界之雅博溪、又東方亞拉巴、至基尼烈海、又至東方亞拉巴之鹽海、通伯耶西末之道、南至毘斯迦山麓、又巴珊王噩、利乏音族所遺者、都亞斯他錄、暨以得來、其所轄之地、黑門山、撒迦、巴珊全地、至基述瑪迦二族之界、及基列之半、至希實本王西宏之界、此二王、為耶和華僕摩西與以色列人所擊、摩西以其地予流便人、迦得人、及瑪拿西半支派為業、○

時、所多瑪蛾摩拉、未為耶和華所滅、自約但平原、至於瑣珥、土皆潤澤、如耶和華囿、與埃及地等、羅得舉目觀之、遂擇約但平原而東徙、二人相別、亞伯蘭居迦南地、羅得寓平原之邑、遷徙其幕、至所多瑪、
