So we have brought as an offering to the Lord the gold articles each of us acquired— armlets, bracelets, signet rings, earrings and necklaces— to make atonement for ourselves before the Lord.”

“你统计以色列人口的时候，每一个被统计的男子都要缴付赎价给耶和华，赎回自己的性命，免得在统计人口期间发生灾祸。

富有的不用多缴，贫穷的也不可少付，每个人都要付六克银子，作为献给耶和华的礼物，用来赎他们自己的性命。要向以色列人收赎命的款项，供会幕使用，可以使以色列人在耶和华面前蒙眷顾，赎性命。”

因为生命在血中，耶和华把血赐给你们，使你们可以用血在祭坛上为自己赎罪。血可以为人的生命赎罪。

我要向你献上感恩祭，呼求你的名。
