From the Israelites’ half, select one out of every fifty, whether people, cattle, donkeys, sheep or other animals. Give them to the Levites, who are responsible for the care of the Lord’s tabernacle.”

Also take something from the half that belongs to the Israelites. Choose one out of every 50 people, cattle, donkeys, sheep or other animals. Give them to the Levites. They are responsible for taking care of my holy tent.”

And from the people of Israel’s half you shall take one drawn out of every fifty, of the people, of the oxen, of the donkeys, and of the flocks, of all the cattle, and give them to the Levites who keep guard over the tabernacle of the Lord.”

From the half that belongs to the people of Israel, take one of every fifty of the prisoners and of the cattle, donkeys, sheep, goats, and other animals. Give this share to the Levites, who are in charge of maintaining the Lord’s Tabernacle.”

哥轄人所守者、法匱、几案、燈臺、祭壇、香壇、與幬、及聖室器皿、用以服事者。

從事於會幕前、代亞倫及會眾、守所當守、守會幕之器、代以色列族、守所當守、從事於此。

革順人所守者、會幕、及其蓋、幬為幕門、

米喇哩人所守者、會幕之板、楗、柱、座、與所用器皿、及場四周之柱、座、釘、索。○惟摩西亞倫及亞倫子、於會幕前、東向列營、代以色列族守其所守、護持聖室、外人近之、必致死亡。摩西亞倫遵耶和華命、核利未人數、依其世系、諸丁男、自一月以上、計二萬二千。○

啟迪蘭者、亦必被鞫、故為爾魂儆醒、爾當信從、使彼喜而不憂、反是、則無益於爾、

司會幕、聖所、助其同宗亞倫子孫、供役事於耶和華殿。

所求於司者忠也、

利未族中亞希雅掌上帝殿中府庫、及所獻寶物。革順族拉但家之最著者耶葉、耶葉子西但、約耳、掌耶和華殿寶物。暗蘭、以斯哈、希伯崙、烏泄四族、亦有職事。摩西孫、革順子、示拔掌府庫。革順弟以列撒、以列撒耳孫、哩哈比玄孫、以賽亞曾孫、約蘭孫、色哩子示羅密。示羅密及其兄弟掌寶物、乃大闢王與族中之最著、及千夫長百夫長、武士長所獻者也。彼戰時所獲貨財、獻之以建耶和華殿。

詎不知助祭司者食諸殿、侍祭壇者、頒諸壇乎、如是、主命傳福音、則以福音而生、明矣、

故當自慎、亦慎全群、聖神立爾為督者、牧上帝教會、彼以流血而贖之、

每值清晨、當啟上帝殿、供其役事、故舍於室之四周。守器皿者數人、器之陳徹按其數、理聖所之器皿、麥粉、酒、油、乳香、芬芳之品、數人。

利未人在會幕、供其役事、如有干犯、必負罪愆、惟於以色列中、不得土壤為業、著為永例、歷世勿替。以色列人十輸其一、舉而獻我者、我必賜之為利未人嗣業、外此則無恆業。○耶和華諭摩西曰、告利未人云、我使以色列族、什一輸爾、以為爾業、爾既受之、必於其中復取什一、舉而獻我、爾所舉以獻者、自我視之、與禾場之穀、酒醡之汁無異、以色列族所輸爾什一之中、爾當舉而獻我、且以獻我之物、歸祭司亞倫。

臨陳戰卒所得之物、必由其中以徵其貢、無論人驢牛羊、五百輸一、

耶和華諭亞倫曰、爾及子孫眷屬、如干犯聖室者、必負其罪、爾及子孫為祭司而溺職者、亦必負其罪。爾及子孫、在法匱前、會幕中、供其役事、亦可取利未族諸兄弟、歸之於己、以為輔翼。助爾守會幕、惟不可近聖室、及祭壇器皿、恐爾與彼、俱致死亡。利未人可偕爾守會幕、供諸役事、外人勿近其前。聖室祭壇、爾當恪守、則以色列族免我震怒。
