能够经火的东西，你们都要使它经火，它就洁净了，但还要用除污水洁净它；不能经火的，你们要使它经过水。

and anything else that can withstand fire must be put through the fire, and then it will be clean. But it must also be purified with the water of cleansing. And whatever cannot withstand fire must be put through that water.

must be put through fire. So must everything else that doesn’t burn up. Then those things will be‘ clean.’ But they must also be made pure with the special water. In fact, everything that won’t burn up must be put through that water.

everything that can stand the fire, you shall pass through the fire, and it shall be clean. Nevertheless, it shall also be purified with the water for impurity. And whatever cannot stand the fire, you shall pass through the water.

that is, all metals that do not burn— must be passed through fire in order to be made ceremonially pure. These metal objects must then be further purified with the water of purification. But everything that burns must be purified by the water alone.

要由一个洁净的人收起母牛的灰，安放在营外洁净的地方，为以色列会众留作除污秽的水，这是除罪的。

人要为这不洁净的人，拿些烧成的除罪灰，放在器皿里，倒上活水。

各人的工程将来必要显露，因为那日子必把它显明出来。有火要把它显露出来，那火要考验各人的工程是怎样的。

你洁净他们当这样行：要把除罪水洒在他们身上，又叫他们用剃刀剃全身；把衣服洗净，洁净自己。

我必使这三分之一经火试炼。我要炼净他们，像炼净银子一样；我要试炼他们，像试炼金子一样。他们必呼求我的名，我必应允他们。我要说：‘他们是我的子民。’他们也要说：‘耶和华是我们的神。’”

你从水中经过的时候，我必与你同在；你渡过江河的时候，水必不淹没你；你从火中行走的时候，必不会烧伤；火焰也不会在你身上烧起来。

它们当中死了的，掉在什么东西上，无论是木器或是衣服，皮子或是布袋等任何器具，都成为不洁净，要放在水中。但仍不洁净到晚上，以后就真洁净了。

我劝你向我买精炼的金子，使你富足；又买白衣穿上，使你赤身的羞耻不会显露出来；也买眼药膏抹你的眼睛，使你可以看见。

我用水给你们施洗，表示你们悔改；但在我以后要来的那一位，能力比我更大，我就是替他提鞋也没有资格。他要用圣灵与火给你们施洗。

他就救了我们，并不是由于我们所行的义，而是照着他的怜悯，藉着重生的洗和圣灵的更新。圣灵就是神藉着我们的救主耶稣基督丰丰富富浇灌在我们身上的，

这水预表的洗礼，现在也拯救你们：不是除去肉体的污秽，而是藉着耶稣基督的复活，向神许愿常存纯洁的良心。

亲爱的，有火炼的试验临到你们，不要以为奇怪，好像是遭遇非常的事，

万军之耶和华说：“你们若不听从，若不放在心上，不把荣耀归给我的名，我就使咒诅临到你们中间，我要咒诅你们应得的福分，并且已经咒诅了，因为你们没有把这命令放在心上。我要斥责你们的子孙，也要把粪涂抹在你们的脸上，就是节期祭牲的粪；人要把你们抬到粪堆去。”

无论是衣服或是皮革，被精液染污，都要用水洗净，并且不洁净到晚上。

为的是要用水藉着道把教会洗净，成为圣洁，

是要叫你们的信心经过试验，就比那被火炼过，仍会朽坏的金子更宝贵，可以在耶稣基督显现的时候，得著称赞、荣耀和尊贵。
