爾與敵戰、蒙爾上帝耶和華付於爾手、爾擄其眾、其間見有殊色者、欲娶為妻、則必攜歸、使薙髮修爪。擄時所衣者去之、居於爾家、為父母哀哭、歷至一月、厥後可與同寢、成為夫婦。如不見悅於爾、則容之去、以隨其意、爾既有玷於彼、則勿鬻於人、勿視若賤役。
