就像人子来不是为了受人的服事，而是为了服事人，并且献上自己的生命，替许多人做救赎的代价。”

他为我们献上自己，是为了救赎我们脱离一切罪恶，并且洁净我们做他自己特选的子民，做美好工作的热心人。
