我是耶和華。你要揀選利未人歸我，代替以色列人所有頭生的，也取利未人的牲畜代替以色列所有頭生的牲畜。」

Take the Levites for me in place of all the firstborn of the Israelites, and the livestock of the Levites in place of all the firstborn of the livestock of the Israelites. I am the Lord.”

Take the Levites for me in their place. And take the livestock of the Levites in place of all the male animals in Israel born first to their mothers. I am the Lord.”

And you shall take the Levites for me— I am the Lord— instead of all the firstborn among the people of Israel, and the cattle of the Levites instead of all the firstborn among the cattle of the people of Israel.”

The Levites must be reserved for me as substitutes for the firstborn sons of Israel; I am the Lord. And the Levites’ livestock must be reserved for me as substitutes for the firstborn livestock of the whole nation of Israel.”

You are to take the Levites for me— I am the LORD— in place of every firstborn among the Israelites, and the Levites’ cattle in place of every firstborn among the Israelites’ cattle.”

So he stood at the entrance to the camp and said,“ Whoever is for the Lord, come to me.” And all the Levites rallied to him.Then he said to them,“ This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says:‘ Each man strap a sword to his side. Go back and forth through the camp from one end to the other, each killing his brother and friend and neighbor.’”The Levites did as Moses commanded, and that day about three thousand of the people died.Then Moses said,“ You have been set apart to the Lord today, for you were against your own sons and brothers, and he has blessed you this day.” (niv)

Then he sent young Israelite men, and they offered burnt offerings and sacrificed young bulls as fellowship offerings to the Lord.Moses took half of the blood and put it in bowls, and the other half he splashed against the altar. (niv)

just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” (niv)

The first offspring of every womb, both human and animal, that is offered to the Lord is yours. But you must redeem every firstborn son and every firstborn male of unclean animals. (niv)

They are the Israelites who are to be given wholly to me. I have taken them as my own in place of the firstborn, the first male offspring from every Israelite woman. (niv)

who gave himself as a ransom for all people. This has now been witnessed to at the proper time. (niv)
