「七七初熟節，就是你們獻初熟穀物給耶和華為素祭的那一天，要宣告聖會；任何勞動的工都不可做。

「七七節莊稼初熟，你們獻新素祭給耶和華的日子，當有聖會；甚麼勞碌的工都不可做。

“‘在初熟日，即七七節那一天，你們把新素祭獻給耶和華的時候，要有聖會，甚麼勞碌的工都不可作，

『在你們的七七節上、當獻首熟之物那一天、你們將新素祭獻與永恆主的時候、要有聖聚會；甚麼勞碌的工都不可作，

七七日節、初實之際、獻新素祭於耶和華時、必有聖會、毋作苦、

七七日後、獻我以初實、亦奉禮物以薦新、其時必有聖會、咸止工作、

七七日後、獻初實於主前、即薦新之日、當有聖會、無論何工、悉毋作、

“‘ On the day of firstfruits, when you present to the Lord an offering of new grain during the Festival of Weeks, hold a sacred assembly and do no regular work.

“‘ On the day you gather the first share of your crops, present to the Lord an offering of your first grain. Do it during the Feast of Weeks. Come together for a special service. Do not do any regular work.

“ On the day of the firstfruits, when you offer a grain offering of new grain to the Lord at your Feast of Weeks, you shall have a holy convocation. You shall not do any ordinary work,

“ At the Festival of Harvest, when you present the first of your new grain to the Lord, you must call an official day for holy assembly, and you may do no ordinary work on that day.

“ On the day of firstfruits, you are to hold a sacred assembly when you present an offering of new grain to the LORD at your Festival of Weeks; you are not to do any daily work.

‘ Also on the day of the first fruits, when you present a new grain offering to the Lord in your Feast of Weeks, you shall have a holy assembly; you shall do no laborious work.

‘ Also on the day of the firstfruits, when you bring a new grain offering to the Lord at your Feast of Weeks, you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work.

Also in the day of the first- fruits, when ye offer a new meal- offering unto Jehovah in your feast of weeks, ye shall have a holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work;

Also in the day of the firstfruits, when ye bring a new meat offering unto the LORD, after your weeks[ be out], ye shall have an holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work:

“‘ Also in the day of the first fruits, when you offer a new meal offering to Yahweh in your feast of weeks, you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no regular work;

你要守收割節，收田間所種、勞碌所得初熟之物。你年底收藏田間勞碌所得時，要守收藏節。

在收割初熟麥子的時候要守七七節，又要在年底守收藏節。

「你要吩咐以色列人，對他們說：你們到了我賜給你們的地，收割莊稼的時候，要把初熟莊稼中的一捆拿來給祭司。

「你們要從安息日的次日，就是獻那捆莊稼為搖祭的那日起，計算足足的七個安息日。到第七個安息日的次日，共計五十天，你們要將新的素祭獻給耶和華。要從你們的住處取十分之二伊法細麵，加酵烤成兩個搖祭的餅，作為初熟之物獻給耶和華。又要將七隻一歲沒有殘疾的羔羊、一頭公牛犢、兩隻公綿羊和餅一同奉上。這些要和素祭和澆酒祭一同作為燔祭獻給耶和華，作馨香的火祭獻給耶和華。你們要獻一隻公山羊為贖罪祭，兩隻一歲的小公綿羊為平安祭。祭司要把這些和初熟莊稼做成的餅，與兩隻小公綿羊一同在耶和華面前搖一搖，作為搖祭。這些獻給耶和華的聖物是歸給祭司的。在這一日，你們要宣告聖會；任何勞動的工都不可做。在你們一切的住處，這要成為你們世世代代永遠的定例。

「你要計算七個七日：從你用鐮刀開始收割莊稼時算起，一共七個七日。你要向耶和華－你的上帝守七七節，按照耶和華－你上帝所賜你的福，獻上你手裏的甘心祭。你和你的兒女、僕婢，以及住在你城裏的利未人、在你中間寄居的和孤兒寡婦，都要在那裏，耶和華－你上帝選擇作為他名居所的地方，在耶和華－你上帝面前歡樂。

第一日要有聖會，任何勞動的工都不可做。

他按自己的旨意，用真理的道生了我們，使我們在他所造的萬物中成為初熟的果子。

其實，基督已經從死人中復活，成為睡了之人初熟的果子。

五旬節那日到了，他們全都聚集在一起。忽然，有響聲從天上下來，好像一陣大風吹過，充滿了他們所坐的整座屋子；又有舌頭如火焰向他們顯現，分開落在他們每個人身上。他們都被聖靈充滿，就按着聖靈所賜的口才說起別國的話來。那時，有從天下各國來的虔誠的猶太人，住在耶路撒冷。這聲音一響，許多人都來聚集，各人因為聽見門徒用他們各自的鄉談說話，就甚納悶，都詫異驚奇說：「看哪，這些說話的不都是加利利人嗎？我們每個人怎麼聽見他們說我們生來所用的鄉談呢？我們帕提亞人、瑪代人、以攔人，和住在美索不達米亞、猶太、加帕多家、本都、亞細亞、弗呂家、旁非利亞、埃及的人，並靠近古利奈的利比亞一帶地方的人，僑居的羅馬人，包括猶太人和皈依猶太教的人，克里特人和阿拉伯人，都聽見他們用我們的鄉談講論上帝的大作為。」眾人就都驚奇困惑，彼此說：「這是甚麼意思呢？」還有人譏誚，說：「他們是灌滿了新酒吧！」
