Also in the day of the firstfruits, when ye bring a new meat offering unto the LORD, after your weeks[ be out], ye shall have an holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work:

『在你們的七七節上、當獻首熟之物那一天、你們將新素祭獻與永恆主的時候、要有聖聚會；甚麼勞碌的工都不可作，

七七日節、初實之際、獻新素祭於耶和華時、必有聖會、毋作苦、

七七日後、獻我以初實、亦奉禮物以薦新、其時必有聖會、咸止工作、

七七日後、獻初實於主前、即薦新之日、當有聖會、無論何工、悉毋作、

“‘ On the day of firstfruits, when you present to the Lord an offering of new grain during the Festival of Weeks, hold a sacred assembly and do no regular work.

“‘ On the day you gather the first share of your crops, present to the Lord an offering of your first grain. Do it during the Feast of Weeks. Come together for a special service. Do not do any regular work.

“ On the day of the firstfruits, when you offer a grain offering of new grain to the Lord at your Feast of Weeks, you shall have a holy convocation. You shall not do any ordinary work,

“ At the Festival of Harvest, when you present the first of your new grain to the Lord, you must call an official day for holy assembly, and you may do no ordinary work on that day.

“ On the day of firstfruits, you are to hold a sacred assembly when you present an offering of new grain to the LORD at your Festival of Weeks; you are not to do any daily work.

‘ Also on the day of the first fruits, when you present a new grain offering to the Lord in your Feast of Weeks, you shall have a holy assembly; you shall do no laborious work.

‘ Also on the day of the firstfruits, when you bring a new grain offering to the Lord at your Feast of Weeks, you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work.

Also in the day of the first- fruits, when ye offer a new meal- offering unto Jehovah in your feast of weeks, ye shall have a holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work;

And the feast of harvest, the firstfruits of thy labours, which thou hast sown in the field: and the feast of ingathering,[ which is] in the end of the year, when thou hast gathered in thy labours out of the field.

And thou shalt observe the feast of weeks, of the firstfruits of wheat harvest, and the feast of ingathering at the year’s end.

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest:

And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete:Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto the LORD.Ye shall bring out of your habitations two wave loaves of two tenth deals: they shall be of fine flour; they shall be baken with leaven;[ they are] the firstfruits unto the LORD.And ye shall offer with the bread seven lambs without blemish of the first year, and one young bullock, and two rams: they shall be[ for] a burnt offering unto the LORD, with their meat offering, and their drink offerings,[ even] an offering made by fire, of sweet savour unto the LORD.Then ye shall sacrifice one kid of the goats for a sin offering, and two lambs of the first year for a sacrifice of peace offerings.And the priest shall wave them with the bread of the firstfruits[ for] a wave offering before the LORD, with the two lambs: they shall be holy to the LORD for the priest.And ye shall proclaim on the selfsame day,[ that] it may be an holy convocation unto you: ye shall do no servile work[ therein: it shall be] a statute for ever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.

Seven weeks shalt thou number unto thee: begin to number the seven weeks from[ such time as] thou beginnest[ to put] the sickle to the corn.And thou shalt keep the feast of weeks unto the LORD thy God with a tribute of a freewill offering of thine hand, which thou shalt give[ unto the LORD thy God], according as the LORD thy God hath blessed thee:And thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that[ is] within thy gates, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that[ are] among you, in the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen to place his name there.

In the first day[ shall be] an holy convocation; ye shall do no manner of servile work[ therein]:

Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

But now is Christ risen from the dead,[ and] become the firstfruits of them that slept.

And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilaeans?And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia, and in Judaea, and Cappadocia, in Pontus, and Asia,Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes,Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God.And they were all amazed, and were in doubt, saying one to another, What meaneth this?Others mocking said, These men are full of new wine.
