觉得饿了，想要吃。那家的人正预备饭的时候，彼得魂游象外，

他就脱了衣服，在撒母耳面前受感说话，一昼一夜露体躺卧。因此有句俗语说：“扫罗也列在先知中吗？”

他向我这样说，我就脸面朝地，哑口无声。不料，有一位像人的，摸我的嘴唇，我便开口向那站在我面前的说：“我主啊，因见这异象，我大大愁苦，毫无气力。

当夜，神临到巴兰那里，说：“这些人若来召你，你就起来同他们去，你只要遵行我对你所说的话。”

日头正落的时候，亚伯兰沉沉地睡了；忽然有惊人的大黑暗落在他身上。

所说二千三百日的异象是真的，但你要将这异象封住，因为关乎后来许多的日子。”于是我但以理昏迷不醒，病了数日，然后起来办理王的事务。我因这异象惊奇，却无人能明白其中的意思。
