巴兰便题起诗歌说：“巴勒引我出亚兰，摩押王引我出东山，说：‘来啊，为我咒诅雅各；来啊，怒骂以色列。’

巴兰唱起诗歌说：“巴勒领我出亚兰，摩押王领我出东方的山脉：‘来啊，为我诅咒雅各；来啊，怒骂以色列。’

巴兰唱起诗歌说：“巴勒领我出亚兰，摩押王领我出东方的山脉：‘来啊，为我诅咒雅各；来啊，怒骂以色列。’

巴兰吟诗预言说：“巴勒引我出亚兰，摩押王请我出东山，说，‘来为我咒诅雅各，来斥责以色列！’

巴兰就作歌，说：“巴勒把我从亚兰领出来，摩押王引我出东山，说：‘来吧，为我咒骂雅各，来啊，咒骂以色列。’

巴蘭便題起詩歌說：巴勒引我出亞蘭，摩押王引我出東山，說：來啊，為我咒詛雅各；來啊，怒罵以色列。

巴蘭唱起詩歌說：「巴勒領我出亞蘭，摩押王領我出東方的山脈：『來啊，為我詛咒雅各；來啊，怒罵以色列。』

巴蘭唱起詩歌說：「巴勒領我出亞蘭，摩押王領我出東方的山脈：『來啊，為我詛咒雅各；來啊，怒罵以色列。』

巴蘭以詩歌預言說：「巴勒引我出亞蘭，摩押王請我出東山，說，『來為我咒詛雅各，斥責以色列！』

巴蘭就作歌，說：“巴勒把我從亞蘭領出來，摩押王引我出東山，說：‘來吧，為我咒罵雅各，來啊，咒罵以色列。’

巴蘭便發表言論歌來、說：『巴勒領導我出亞蘭，摩押王領導我出東山，說：「來啊，為我咒詛雅各，來啊，怒罵以色列吧！」

乃作歌曰、巴勒招我於亞蘭、摩押王導我於東岳、曰來、為我詛雅各、詈以色列、

乃作歌曰、摩押王、厥名巴勒、招我於亞蘭、導我於東岳、使詛雅各、詈以色列。

乃作歌曰、巴勒導我自亞蘭、摩押王召我出東山、曰、來、為我咒雅各、為我詛以色列、

Then Balaam spoke his message:“ Balak brought me from Aram, the king of Moab from the eastern mountains.‘ Come,’ he said,‘ curse Jacob for me; come, denounce Israel.’

Then Balaam spoke the message he had received from God. He said,“ Balak brought me from the land of Aram. The king of Moab sent for me from the mountains in the east.‘ Come,’ he said.‘ Put a curse on Jacob’s people for me. Come. Speak against Israel.’

And Balaam took up his discourse and said,“ From Aram Balak has brought me, the king of Moab from the eastern mountains:‘ Come, curse Jacob for me, and come, denounce Israel!’

This was the message Balaam delivered:“ Balak summoned me to come from Aram; the king of Moab brought me from the eastern hills.‘ Come,’ he said,‘ curse Jacob for me! Come and announce Israel’s doom.’

Balaam proclaimed his poem: Balak brought me from Aram; the king of Moab, from the eastern mountains:“ Come, put a curse on Jacob for me; come, denounce Israel!”

And he took up his discourse and said,“ From Aram Balak has brought me, Moab’s king from the mountains of the East, saying,‘ Come, declare Jacob cursed for me, And come, curse Israel!’

And he took up his oracle and said:“ Balak the king of Moab has brought me from Aram, From the mountains of the east.‘ Come, curse Jacob for me, And come, denounce Israel!’

And he took up his parable, and said, From Aram hath Balak brought me, The king of Moab from the mountains of the East: Come, curse me Jacob, And come, defy Israel.

他差遣使者往大河边的毗夺去，到比珥的儿子巴兰本乡那里，召巴兰来，说：“有一宗民从埃及出来，遮满地面，与我对居。这民比我强盛，现在求你来为我咒诅他们，或者我能得胜，攻打他们，赶出此地。因为我知道，你为谁祝福，谁就得福；你咒诅谁，谁就受咒诅。”

他便题起诗歌说：“比珥的儿子巴兰说，‘眼目闭住的人说，

因为你们出埃及的时候，他们没有拿食物和水在路上迎接你们，又因他们雇了美索不达米亚的毗夺人比珥的儿子巴兰来咒诅你们。

巴兰就题诗歌说：“巴勒，你起来听；西拨的儿子，你听我言。

巴兰又题起诗歌说：“哀哉！神行这事，谁能得活？

我要开口说比喻；我要说出古时的谜语，

约伯又接着说：

约伯接着说：

他就题起诗歌说：“比珥的儿子巴兰说：‘眼目闭住的人说，

到那日，必有人向你们提起悲惨的哀歌，讥刺说：‘我们全然败落了！耶和华将我们的份转归别人，何竟使这份离开我们？他将我们的田地分给悖逆的人。’

那非利士人又说：“我今日向以色列人的军队骂阵。你们叫一个人出来，与我战斗。”

这是要应验先知的话，说：“我要开口用比喻，把创世以来所隐藏的事发明出来。”

你仆人曾打死狮子和熊，这未受割礼的非利士人向永生神的军队骂阵，也必像狮子和熊一般。”

这些国的民岂不都要提起诗歌并俗语讥刺他说：“祸哉！迦勒底人，你增添不属自己的财物，多多取人的当头，要到几时为止呢？”

大卫对非利士人说：“你来攻击我，是靠着刀枪和铜戟；我来攻击你，是靠着万军之耶和华的名，就是你所怒骂带领以色列军队的神。

“人子啊，你要向以色列家出谜语，设比喻，

这人向以色列人骂阵，大卫的哥哥示米亚的儿子约拿单就杀了他。

巴兰观看基尼人，就题起诗歌说：“你的住处本是坚固；你的窝巢做在岩穴中。

麻雀往来，燕子翻飞；这样，无故的咒诅也必不临到。

因为我必使你得极大的尊荣。你向我要什么，我就给你什么；只求你来为我咒诅这民。’”

又见雅各听从父母的话往巴旦亚兰去了，

闪的儿子是以拦、亚述、亚法撒、路德、亚兰。

以色列人彼此说：“这上来的人你看见了吗？他上来是要向以色列人骂阵。若有能杀他的，王必赏赐他大财，将自己的女儿给他为妻，并在以色列人中免他父家纳粮当差。”大卫问站在旁边的人说：“有人杀这非利士人，除掉以色列人的耻辱，怎样待他呢？这未受割礼的非利士人是谁呢？竟敢向永生神的军队骂阵吗？”

其次是亚合人朵多的儿子以利亚撒。从前非利士人聚集要打仗，以色列人迎着上去，有跟随大卫的三个勇士向非利士人骂阵，其中有以利亚撒。

你起身往巴旦亚兰去，到你外祖彼土利家里，在你母舅拉班的女儿中娶一女为妻。

‘从埃及出来的民遮满地面，你来为我咒诅他们，或者我能与他们争战，把他们赶出去。’”

他又对他们讲个比喻说：“天国好像面酵，有妇人拿来，藏在三斗面里，直等全团都发起来。”

他们看出这比喻是指着他们说的，就想要捉拿他，只是惧怕百姓，于是离开他走了。

于是我说：“哎！主耶和华啊，人都指着我说：他岂不是说比喻的吗？”
