The people rise like a lioness; they rouse themselves like a lion that does not rest till it devours its prey and drinks the blood of its victims.”

The Israelites are going to wake up like a female lion. They are going to get up like a male lion. They are like a lion that won’t rest until it eats what it has caught. They are like a lion that won’t rest until it drinks the blood of what it has killed.”

Behold, a people! As a lioness it rises up and as a lion it lifts itself; it does not lie down until it has devoured the prey and drunk the blood of the slain.”

These people rise up like a lioness, like a majestic lion rousing itself. They refuse to rest until they have feasted on prey, drinking the blood of the slaughtered!”

犹大是只小狮子；我儿啊，你捕获了猎物就上去。他蹲伏，他躺卧，如公狮，又如母狮，谁敢惹他呢？

便雅悯是只抓撕掠物的狼，早晨要吃他的猎物，晚上要分他的掳物。”

关于迦得，他说：‘那使迦得扩张的，当受称颂！迦得卧如母狮，撕裂膀臂和头皮。

当诸王在位的时候，天上的神必另立一个永不败坏的国度，这国度必不归给其他百姓，却要打碎灭绝所有的国度，存立到永远。

耶和华对我如此说，狮子和少壮狮子为猎物而咆哮，许多牧人被召来攻击它，它总不因他们的声音惊惶，也不因他们的喧嚷退缩；万军之耶和华也必如此降临在锡安的大小山冈上争战。

雅各的余民必在列国中，在许多民族中，如林间百兽中的狮子，又如少壮狮子在羊群中；他若经过就必践踏撕裂，无人搭救。愿你的手举起，高过敌人！愿你的仇敌都被剪除！

长老中有一位对我说：“不要哭。看哪，犹大支派中的狮子，大卫的根，他已得胜，能展开那书卷，揭开那七个印。”

狮子的洞，幼狮喂养之处在哪里呢？公狮、母狮、小狮出入，无人使它们惊吓之地在哪里呢？

神领他出埃及，为他有如野牛的角。他要吞灭那敌对他的国，压碎他们的骨头，用箭射透他们。他蹲如公狮，卧如母狮，谁敢惹他？凡为你祝福的，愿他蒙福；凡诅咒你的，愿他受诅咒。”

“那日，我必使犹大的族长如柴堆中的火盆，又如禾捆里的火把；他们必左右吞灭四围列国的百姓。耶路撒冷却仍屹立在本处，仍在耶路撒冷！

房角石从他而出，橛子从他而出，战争的弓也从他而出，每一个掌权的都从他而出。他们必如战场上的勇士，践踏仇敌如街上的泥土。他们必争战，因为耶和华与他们同在，他们必使骑马的羞愧。

我看见他，却不在现时；我望见他，却不在近处。有星出于雅各，有杖从以色列兴起，必打破摩押的额头，必毁坏所有的塞特人。

狮子—百兽中最勇猛的、无论遇见什么绝不退缩，

狮子吼叫，谁不惧怕呢？主耶和华既已说了，谁能不说预言呢？

后来我看见天开了。有一匹白马，骑在马上的称为“诚信”、“真实”，他审判和争战都凭着公义。他的眼睛如火焰，头上戴着许多冠冕；他身上写着一个名字，除了他自己没有人知道。他穿着浸过血的衣服；他的名称为“神之道”。众天军都骑着白马，穿着又白又洁净的细麻衣跟随他。有利剑从他口中出来，用来击打列国。他要用铁杖管辖他们，并且要踹全能神烈怒的榨酒池。在他衣服和大腿上写着“万王之王，万主之主”的名号。我又看见一位天使站在太阳中，向天空一切的飞鸟大声喊着说：“你们聚集来赴神的大宴席，为要吃君王的肉、将军的肉、壮士的肉、马和骑士的肉、一切自主的和为奴的，以及尊贵的和卑贱的肉。”我又看见那兽和地上的君王，和他们的军队都聚集，要与白马骑士和他的军队作战。那兽被擒拿了；那在兽面前曾行奇事、迷惑了接受兽的印记和拜兽像的人的假先知，也与兽同被擒拿。他们两个就活生生地被扔进烧着硫磺的火湖里，其余的人被白马骑士口中吐出来的剑杀了；所有的飞鸟都吃饱了他们的肉。

他像狮子要贪吃猎物，又像少壮狮子蹲伏在暗处。
