The people came to Moses and said,“ We sinned when we spoke against the Lord and against you. Pray that the Lord will take the snakes away from us.” So Moses prayed for the people.

The others came to Moses. They said,“ We sinned when we spoke against the Lord and against you. Pray that the Lord will take the snakes away from us.” So Moses prayed for the people.

And the people came to Moses and said,“ We have sinned, for we have spoken against the Lord and against you. Pray to the Lord, that he take away the serpents from us.” So Moses prayed for the people.

Then the people came to Moses and cried out,“ We have sinned by speaking against the Lord and against you. Pray that the Lord will take away the snakes.” So Moses prayed for the people.

The people then came to Moses and said,“ We have sinned by speaking against the LORD and against you. Intercede with the LORD so that he will take the snakes away from us.” And Moses interceded for the people.

So the people came to Moses and said,“ We have sinned, because we have spoken against the Lord and against you; intercede with the Lord, that He will remove the serpents from us.” And Moses interceded for the people.

Therefore the people came to Moses, and said,“ We have sinned, for we have spoken against the Lord and against you; pray to the Lord that He take away the serpents from us.” So Moses prayed for the people.

And the people came to Moses, and said, We have sinned, because we have spoken against Jehovah, and against thee; pray unto Jehovah, that he take away the serpents from us. And Moses prayed for the people.

法老召了摩西、亚伦来，说：“请你们求耶和华使这青蛙离开我和我的民，我就容百姓去祭祀耶和华。”

西门说：“愿你们为我求主，叫你们所说的，没有一样临到我身上。”

百姓向摩西哀求，摩西祈求耶和华，火就熄了。

他杀他们的时候，他们才求问他，回心转意，切切地寻求神。

法老说：“我容你们去，在旷野祭祀耶和华你们的神；只是不要走得很远。求你们为我祈祷。”

王对神人说：“请你为我祷告，求耶和华你神的恩典使我的手复原。”于是神人祈祷耶和华，王的手就复了原，仍如寻常一样。

现在你们要取七只公牛，七只公羊，到我仆人约伯那里去，为自己献上燔祭，我的仆人约伯就为你们祈祷。我因悦纳他，就不按你们的愚妄办你们。你们议论我，不如我的仆人约伯说的是。”

我祈祷耶和华说：‘主耶和华啊，求你不要灭绝你的百姓。他们是你的产业，是你用大力救赎的，用大能从埃及领出来的。求你记念你的仆人亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各，不要想念这百姓的顽梗、邪恶、罪过，免得你领我们出来的那地之人说，耶和华因为不能将这百姓领进他所应许之地，又因恨他们，所以领他们出去，要在旷野杀他们。其实他们是你的百姓，你的产业，是你用大能和伸出来的膀臂领出来的。’”

“我卖了无辜之人的血是有罪了。”他们说：“那与我们有什么相干？你自己承当吧！”

所以，他说要灭绝他们；若非有他所拣选的摩西站在当中，使他的忿怒转消，恐怕他就灭绝他们。

弟兄们，我心里所愿的，向神所求的，是要以色列人得救。

法老打发人召摩西、亚伦来，对他们说：“这一次我犯了罪了。耶和华是公义的；我和我的百姓是邪恶的。这雷轰和冰雹已经够了。请你们求耶和华，我就容你们去，不再留住你们。”

到了第二天，摩西对百姓说：“你们犯了大罪。我如今要上耶和华那里去，或者可以为你们赎罪。”

所以你们要彼此认罪，互相代求，使你们可以得医治。义人祈祷所发的力量是大有功效的。

摩西便恳求耶和华他的神说：“耶和华啊，你为什么向你的百姓发烈怒呢？这百姓是你用大力和大能的手从埃及地领出来的。

现在求主大显能力，照你所说过的话说：‘耶和华不轻易发怒，并有丰盛的慈爱，赦免罪孽和过犯；万不以有罪的为无罪，必追讨他的罪，自父及子，直到三、四代。’求你照你的大慈爱赦免这百姓的罪孽，好像你从埃及到如今常赦免他们一样。”耶和华说：“我照着你的话赦免了他们。

扫罗说：“我有罪了，虽然如此，求你在我百姓的长老和以色列人面前抬举我，同我回去，我好敬拜耶和华你的神。”

扫罗对撒母耳说：“我有罪了，我因惧怕百姓，听从他们的话，就违背了耶和华的命令和你的言语。

耶和华对我说：“虽有摩西和撒母耳站在我面前代求，我的心也不顾惜这百姓。你将他们从我眼前赶出，叫他们去吧！

众民对撒母耳说：“求你为仆人们祷告耶和华你的神，免得我们死亡，因为我们求立王的事正是罪上加罪了。”撒母耳对百姓说：“不要惧怕！你们虽然行了这恶，却不要偏离耶和华，只要尽心侍奉他。若偏离耶和华去顺从那不能救人的虚神是无益的。耶和华既喜悦选你们作他的子民，就必因他的大名不撇弃你们。至于我，断不停止为你们祷告，以致得罪耶和华。我必以善道正路指教你们。

约伯为他的朋友祈祷。耶和华就使约伯从苦境转回，并且耶和华赐给他的比他从前所有的加倍。

“我要回到原处，等他们自觉有罪，寻求我面；他们在急难的时候必切切寻求我。”

现在你把这人的妻子归还他；因为他是先知，他要为你祷告，使你存活。你若不归还他，你当知道，你和你所有的人都必要死。”

耶和华也向亚伦甚是发怒，要灭绝他；那时我又为亚伦祈祷。

西底家王打发示利米雅的儿子犹甲和祭司玛西雅的儿子西番雅去见先知耶利米，说：“求你为我们祷告耶和华我们的神。”
