But Israel put him to death with their swords. They took over his land. They took everything from the Arnon River to the Jabbok River. But they didn’t take over any of the land of the Ammonites. That’s because the Ammonites had built strong forts along their border.

And Israel defeated him with the edge of the sword and took possession of his land from the Arnon to the Jabbok, as far as to the Ammonites, for the border of the Ammonites was strong.

But the Israelites slaughtered them with their swords and occupied their land from the Arnon River to the Jabbok River. They went only as far as the Ammonite border because the boundary of the Ammonites was fortified.

并且你将列国之地照份赐给他们，他们就得了西宏之地、希实本王之地，和巴珊王噩之地。

我领你们到约旦河东亚摩利人所住之地。他们与你们争战，我将他们交在你们手中，你们便得了他们的地为业；我也在你们面前将他们灭绝。

又彼此问说：“以色列支派中谁没有上米斯巴到耶和华面前来呢？”他们就查出基列雅比没有一人进营到会众那里；

你们来到这地方，希实本王西宏、巴珊王噩都出来与我们交战，我们就击杀了他们，

摩西将亚摩利王西宏的国和巴珊王噩的国，连那地和周围的城邑，都给了迦得子孙和流便子孙，并约瑟的儿子玛拿西半个支派。迦得子孙建造底本、亚他录、亚罗珥、亚他录朔反、雅谢、约比哈、伯宁拉、伯哈兰，都是坚固城。他们又垒羊圈。流便子孙建造希实本、以利亚利、基列亭、尼波、巴力免、西比玛（尼波、巴力免，名字是改了的），又给他们所建造的城另起别名。玛拿西的儿子玛吉，他的子孙往基列去，占了那地，赶出那里的亚摩利人。摩西将基列赐给玛拿西的儿子玛吉，他子孙就住在那里。玛拿西的子孙睚珥去占了基列的村庄，就称这些村庄为哈倭特睚珥。挪巴去占了基纳和基纳的乡村，就按自己的名称基纳为挪巴。

从基列到亚嫩谷，以谷中为界，直到亚扪人交界的雅博河，我给了流便人和迦得人，

流便子孙和迦得子孙的牲畜极其众多；他们看见雅谢地和基列地是可牧放牲畜之地，就来见摩西和祭司以利亚撒，并会众的首领，说：“亚大录、底本、雅谢、宁拉、希实本、以利亚利、示班、尼波、比稳，就是耶和华在以色列会众前面所攻取之地，是可牧放牲畜之地，你仆人也有牲畜”；

从那里起行，安营在亚嫩河那边。这亚嫩河是在旷野，从亚摩利的境界流出来的；原来亚嫩河是摩押的边界，在摩押和亚摩利人搭界的地方。

并他向约旦河东的两个亚摩利王，就是希实本王西宏和在亚斯他录的巴珊王噩一切所行的事。

以法莲人聚集，到了北方，对耶弗他说：“你去与亚扪人争战，为什么没有招我们同去呢？我们必用火烧你和你的房屋。”耶弗他对他们说：“我和我的民与亚扪人大大争战；我招你们来，你们竟没有来救我脱离他们的手。

以色列人在约旦河外向日出之地击杀二王，得他们的地，就是从亚嫩谷直到黑门山，并东边的全亚拉巴之地。这二王，有住希实本、亚摩利人的王西宏。他所管之地是从亚嫩谷边的亚罗珥和谷中的城，并基列一半，直到亚扪人的境界，雅博河与约旦河东边的亚拉巴，直到基尼烈海，又到亚拉巴的海，就是盐海，通伯耶西末的路，以及南方，直到毗斯迦的山根。

耶和华以色列的神将西宏和他的众民都交在以色列人手中，以色列人就击杀他们，得了亚摩利人的全地：从亚嫩河到雅博河，从旷野直到约旦河。耶和华以色列的神在他百姓以色列面前赶出亚摩利人，你竟要得他们的地吗？

他击杀许多的民，又杀戮大能的王，就是亚摩利王西宏和巴珊王噩，并迦南一切的国王，将他们的地赏赐他的百姓以色列为业。

玛拿西那半支派和流便、迦得二支派已经受了产业，就是耶和华的仆人摩西在约旦河东所赐给他们的：是从亚嫩谷边的亚罗珥和谷中的城，并米底巴的全平原，直到底本，和在希实本作王亚摩利王西宏的诸城，直到亚扪人的境界；

耶和华对我说：‘从此起首，我要将西宏和他的地交给你；你要得他的地为业。’那时，西宏和他的众民出来攻击我们，在雅杂与我们交战。耶和华我们的神将他交给我们，我们就把他和他的儿子，并他的众民，都击杀了。我们夺了他的一切城邑，将有人烟的各城，连女人带孩子，尽都毁灭，没有留下一个。惟有牲畜和所夺的各城，并其中的财物，都取为自己的掠物。从亚嫩谷边的亚罗珥和谷中的城，直到基列，耶和华我们的神都交给我们了，没有一座城高得使我们不能攻取的。惟有亚扪人之地，凡靠近雅博河的地，并山地的城邑，与耶和华我们神所禁止我们去的地方，都没有挨近。”
