So Israel made a vow to the Lord, and said,“ If You will indeed deliver this people into my hand, then I will utterly destroy their cities.”

以色列人向耶和华发愿说：“你若将这民交付我手，我就把他们的城邑尽行毁灭。”

以色列向耶和华许愿说：“你若把这百姓真的交在我手中，我就把他们的城镇彻底毁灭。”

Then Israel made this vow to the Lord:“ If you will deliver these people into our hands, we will totally destroy their cities.”

Then Israel made a promise to the Lord. They said,“ Hand these people over to us. If you do, we will set their cities apart to you in a special way to be destroyed.”

And Israel vowed a vow to the Lord and said,“ If you will indeed give this people into my hand, then I will devote their cities to destruction.”

Then the people of Israel made this vow to the Lord:“ If you will hand these people over to us, we will completely destroy all their towns.”

So Israel made a vow to the Lord and said,“ If You will indeed hand over this people to me, then I will utterly destroy their cities.”

‘ Nevertheless no devoted offering that a man may devote to the Lord of all that he has, both man and beast, or the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed; every devoted offering is most holy to the Lord.No person under the ban, who may become doomed to destruction among men, shall be redeemed, but shall surely be put to death.

Vows made to You are binding upon me, O God; I will render praises to You,For You have delivered my soul from death. Have You not kept my feet from falling, That I may walk before God In the light of the living?

How he swore to the Lord, And vowed to the Mighty One of Jacob:

I will pay my vows to the Lord Now in the presence of all His people,

you shall surely strike the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword, utterly destroying it, all that is in it and its livestock— with the edge of the sword.

If anyone does not love the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be accursed. O Lord, come!
