From there they continued on to Beer, the well where the Lord said to Moses,“ Gather the people together and I will give them water.”

From there the Israelites continued on to Beer. That was the well where the Lord spoke to Moses. He said,“ Gather the people together. I will give them water to drink.”

And from there they continued to Beer; that is the well of which the Lord said to Moses,“ Gather the people together, so that I may give them water.”

接著約坦就逃跑了；他逃到比珥去，住在那裡，躲避他的兄弟亞比米勒。

看哪，我必在何烈山那裡的磐石上站在你面前；你要擊打磐石，就必有水從磐石流出來，使人民可以喝。”摩西就在以色列的長老眼前這樣行了。

所以你們要快樂地從救恩的泉源打水。

“你要拿著杖，和你的哥哥亞倫聚集會眾，在他們眼前，吩咐磐石出水；這樣你就可以使磐石流出水來，給會眾和他們的牲畜喝。”

聖靈和新娘都說：“來！”聽見的人也要說：“來！”口渴的人也要來！願意的人都要白白接受生命的水！

他們必不飢餓，也不口渴，炎熱和太陽必不傷害他們，因為那憐憫他們的，要引領他們，帶領他們到水泉的旁邊。

節期的最後一天，就是最隆重的那一天，耶穌站著高聲說：“人若渴了，可以到我這裡來喝！信我的人，就像聖經所說的，從他的腹中要湧流出活水的江河來。”他這話是指著信他的人要接受聖靈說的；那時聖靈還沒有降臨，因為耶穌還沒有得著榮耀。

耶穌回答她：“你若知道神的恩賜，和對你說‘請給我水喝’的是誰，你必早已求他，他也必早把活水賜給你了。”

天使又指示我一道明亮如水晶的生命水的河流，從神和羊羔的寶座那裡流出來，

人若喝我所賜的水，就永遠不渴。我所賜的水要在他裡面成為湧流的泉源，直湧到永生。”

困苦和貧窮的人尋求水，卻沒有水；他們的舌頭因口渴而乾燥；我耶和華必應允他們，我以色列的神必不離棄他們。我要在光禿的高處開闢江河，在山谷之間開闢泉源；我要使曠野變為水池，使乾地變成水泉。

野地的走獸必尊重我，野狗和鴕鳥也必這樣，因為我使曠野有水，使荒地有江河，好使我揀選的子民有水喝，

他又對我說：“成了！我是阿拉法，是俄梅格；我是創始的，也是成終的。我要把生命的泉水，白白賜給口渴的人喝。
