以色列人又往前走，来到比珥。耶和华曾在那里对摩西说：“把民众招聚起来，我要给他们水喝。”

From there they continued on to Beer, the well where the Lord said to Moses,“ Gather the people together and I will give them water.”

From there the Israelites continued on to Beer. That was the well where the Lord spoke to Moses. He said,“ Gather the people together. I will give them water to drink.”

约坦因惧怕他的兄弟亚比米勒，就逃往比珥居住。

我必在何烈的磐石那里等候你们，你用杖击打磐石，磐石必流出水来给众人喝。”摩西便当着以色列长老的面这样做了。

你们必从救恩的泉源欢然取水。

“你拿着杖和你哥哥亚伦招聚会众，当着他们的面吩咐磐石流出水来，水就会从磐石流出，供会众和牲畜喝。”

圣灵和新娘都说：“来吧！”听见的也要说：“来吧！”口渴的，让他来吧！愿意的，让他白白享用生命水吧！

他们不再饥渴，也不再被热风和烈日灼伤，因为怜悯他们的那位必引导他们，领他们到泉水边。

节期最后一天，也是整个节期的高潮，耶稣站起来高声说：“人若渴了，可以到我这里来喝。正如圣经所言，信我的人，‘从他里面要流出活水的江河来’。”耶稣这话是指信祂的人要得到圣灵，但当时圣灵还没有降临，因为耶稣还没有得到荣耀。

耶稣回答说：“要是你知道上帝的恩赐，又知道向你要水喝的是谁，你早就求祂了，祂也早就把活水给你了。”

天使让我看城内街道当中一道流淌着生命水的河，清澈如水晶，从上帝和羔羊的宝座那里流出。

但是喝了我所赐的活水，永远不会再渴。我所赐的水要在他里面成为生命的泉源，涌流不息，直到永生。”

“贫穷困苦的人找不到水喝，他们口干舌燥。但我耶和华必应允他们的呼求，我——以色列的上帝不会撇弃他们。我要使光秃的山岭上江河奔流，山谷中泉水涌流；我要使沙漠变成水塘，使干地冒出泉水。

旷野的走兽必尊崇我，其中有豺狼和鸵鸟，因为我使旷野有甘泉，使沙漠有江河，供我拣选的子民饮用。

祂又对我说：“一切都成了！我是阿拉法，我是俄梅加；我是开始，我是终结。我要将生命泉的水白白赐给口渴的人。
