曷導耶和華之會眾、至斯曠野、使我與牲畜悉死於此、

Why did you bring the Lord’s community into this wilderness, that we and our livestock should die here?

Why did you bring the Lord’ s people into this desert? We and our livestock will die here.

Why have you brought the assembly of the Lord into this wilderness, that we should die here, both we and our cattle?

Why have you brought the congregation of the Lord’s people into this wilderness to die, along with all our livestock?

Why have you brought the LORD’s assembly into this wilderness for us and our livestock to die here?

Why then have you brought the Lord’s assembly into this wilderness, for us and our livestock to die here?

Why have you brought up the assembly of the Lord into this wilderness, that we and our animals should die here?

And why have ye brought the assembly of Jehovah into this wilderness, that we should die there, we and our beasts?

Why have you brought the Lord’s assembly into this wilderness for us and our livestock to die here?

And why have ye brought up the congregation of the LORD into this wilderness, that we and our cattle should die there?

Why have you brought up the LORD’s community into this wilderness? So that we and our cattle should die here?

Why have you brought Yahweh’s assembly into this wilderness, that we should die there, we and our animals?

人民在那裏渴得要水喝，就向摩西發怨言說：『你這個人為甚麼將我們從埃及領出來，要使我們和兒女跟牲畜都渴死呢？』

他們忘了上帝、他們的拯救者，就是曾在埃及行了大事，

對摩西說：『難道在埃及沒有墳墓，你得把我們帶來，死在曠野麼？你為甚麼這樣待我們，將我們從埃及領出來呢？我們在埃及豈沒有對你說過：「不要管我們，容我們去服事埃及人」麼？「服事埃及人、比死在曠野還好呀！」』

以色列人對他們說：『巴不得我們在埃及地早死在永恆主手裏；那時我們坐在肉鍋旁邊，喫餅喫到飽飽地，你們竟將我們領出來、到這曠野，要叫這全體大眾都餓死啊！』

『這位摩西、族民所棄絕而對他說：「誰設立你做官長和審判員」的，這一位、上帝卻藉那在刺叢中向他顯現的天使的手、差遣了，做執政者做釋放者。

就對他們說：『願永恆主鑒察你們，審判你們，因為你們使我們的香氣在法老和他臣僕面前都發臭了，你們把刀遞在他們手中來殺我們。』

我們還記得在埃及不花錢所喫的魚呢；也記得那黃瓜、西瓜、韮菜、葱、蒜呢。

你將我們從流奶與蜜之地領上來，要在曠野害死我們，這是小事麼？你還要自立為王子來管理我們麼？況且你也沒有將我們領到流奶與蜜之地，也沒有把田地和葡萄園給我們做產業。難道連我們這些人的眼睛你也要剜出來？我們不上去。』

我們的祖宗不肯聽從他，倒給推開了，心裏轉向着埃及，對亞倫說：「請為我們造些神像，可以在前頭領我們走的；因為領我們出埃及地的那個摩西、我們不知道他怎麼樣了！」

第二天、以色列人全會眾都向摩西、亞倫發怨言、說：『是你們二人把永恆主的人民害死了的。』
